Terry asked me to look at his guide and here are my thoughts: It is very well laid out and full of meaty content. There are some great insider tips for using outsourcing suppliers. Terry has very good information. None of the successful people I know do everything themselves. Outsource your outsourcing research to Terry and buy the book. This is a great investment for a huge return. |

I had the chance to review The Lazy Guy's Outsourcing Manual. Since I worked as an outsource for Internet Marketing pro's, I know a thing or two about how to go about selecting an outsource (and what NOT to do). This is a terrific manual! Terry teaches you how to think about the process of outsourcing – the why-to, not just the how and where to. Best of all, he breaks down each element of the process into easily understandable steps that anyone can take. There are more than a few clever tips and tricks revealed here, too. Protecting yourself from content thieves and outsourcing brokers are just two of the valuable ideas you'll learn here. I heartily recommend this manual to anyone thinking about using outsourcing (or those of you that do and are wondering if you're missing something). This is a must-read manual for those of you that have been burned in the past with bad results from your attempts to outsource. If even one of the ideas in this manual saves you from making the same mistake again, you've saved money! Grab this now – save yourself time, money and aggravation when you take the next step and start outsourcing your chores. Sincerely, Vince Runza |

Alternatively, you can also take advantage of my second bonus offer to send me hard questions you have about Outsourcing, and I will personally take my time to answer you. Normally, I would NOT offer this type of bonus, as my time is very limited and personally consulting an endless amount of emails would be really time-consuming. But because I LOVE outsourcing so much! I want to make sure I have the answer to EVERY SINGLE LAST BIT of even the weirdest problem to it. So I really don't mind spending time to see what sort of rare problems my customers may have that have never been dealt with before, and I will come up with solutions to them. So my outsourcing skills also gets improved at the same time while being able to help my customers out. It's just a win-win situation!

The current version is actually even better than the version that I sent you for review. (I've already PMed you this current version though.) The first draft that I sent you was just an advance copy, so it actually wasn't finished. After your review, I had added another 25-30 pages of pure contents. Anyhow, enough of my own shameless plug here, thanks a lot Vince! Yours sincerely, Terry

This guide is an excellent source for learning how to outsource. Many new marketers who are just getting started (and even some "older marketers" like me) don't really know where to start when it comes to outsourcing. Some of the jobs I just don't have time to take on anymore I can now find out how to get them done by outsourcing. I would recommend this guide to anyone who has had any tasks that they'd like to get someone else to help them with and just didn't know where to find the help. |

I had a chance to review your outsourcing guide. I liked it. Outsourcing is important because today there is more specialized knowledge that's need than ever, so I poured over your material with a keen eye. Your information was simple, yet well stated. Sometimes it's the fundamentals that are overlooked, and I liked how you didn't skip over them and go straight for the "magic bullets". Your product was all inclusive, and good for beginners and experience online entrepreneurs alike. At first glance, I was a bit disappointed that there was no chapter on bartering for outsourcing partners, since this is something I've found effective. But then I went back through it and see that I just missed it! That shows there is a lot of content. -Jason |

I have to apologise for the lateness in posting here, I also received a copy of this book from Terry. Terry has worked hard on this book, and if you want to run a successful business, there will be times when you need to outsource. Terry covers the things you don't want to outsource, and that is important, because sometimes people get so involved in outsourcing everything, that they outsource the wrong things. Terry makes sure you don't make that mistake. This is an invaluable resource, and one you can use as a guide time and time again. Well done Terry, and sorry I didn't get back to you before. Look forward to meeting you in HK soon. Bev |

Terry asked me to review this for him and all I can say is OVER delivered. Terry covers what tasks you need to outsource, how to protect your work, where to get the cheapest (and FREE!) freelancer workers. He covers bidding strategy and how to force freelancers to accept pennies on the dollar. Terry is an expert and MASTER of how to grow your business 10-100x faster right of the bat. If you're spending time writing articles, building links, social bookmarking...you're wasting your time. I don't care if you're a 'Guru' or a newbie, if you aren't utilizing what's in Terry's book you're losing $1,000s of dollars. How much is your time worth? or at least...how much would you like it to be worth? What if you could pay $2/day for something that saved you 2 hours of work? That's what Terry delivers. The who, what, when, where, why, and how of outsourcing...and CHEAP! I do this myself and thought I had the system down, but then I found 3 things in here that I didn't even realize I could outsource...and Terry told me WHERE and HOW to do it. I'll be 10x more productive...or maybe I'll only work 1/10 of the time...lol. Who knows. Great buy! I was looking for this. |

you must have purchased from me in the past, thanks. ![]() And to answer your question. No, the method will NOT get saturated for an extremely long time. That's because the outsourcing work force is huge, and it's also increasing by the day. Besides, the offline method that I teach in the Manual is really quite impossible to get saturated. Considering all buyers are from different locations. Hope that answers your question. Yours sincerely, Terry

It's always nice to find a product that actually exceeds my expectations...so with that said...let's get down to business here. Mr. Ma's WSO.....is probably going to go down as the quintessential WSO in regards to outsourcing. That's lofty praise...but in this case....justified. Outsourcing done right...can mean really big money..and Mr. Ma lays it all out there in a step by step ,detailed blueprint anyone can understand. Even me. The fact is.....he explains exactly why outsourcing is good for those who know it all...and those of us who don't know much at all. Truth is....we all waste far too much time screwing around doing things we could easily outsource to others who not only can do it better then we can....but cheaper. Because the fact is, our time is money. Another reason to buy this is the fact a lot of you'se people have great ideas that you've buried cuz you don't think you have the techno skills to pull it off. Truth is...you don't need the skills...you can outsource it...and do what you do best...market. It's really a cool concept on many levels. This isn't one of those quickie 11 page reports where you feel used and abused and clueless after purchasing it. Mr. Ma has banged out over 80 pages of damn good, detailed information that lays out exactly how anyone with a good idea or two can get it done even if they're dumber then a box of rocks in terms of "bells and whistles" etc. Good original content...that eveyone will learn some tricks from..and make money from. True. Making money is easy....if you have the means to take a great idea and get it done. For many of us....outsourcing is something we all should have taken advantage of long ago. It's the real deal. This WSO...is the real deal, too. Believe me....cuz I don't endorse nothing I wouldn't put my own name on...or use myself. It was money well spent....juice well worth the sqeeze. A+++ Great job, Mr. Ma. The bad guy here...Vegas Vince...highly recommends you'se people jump on this. xxx Vegas Vince Legend. |

Thanks for your question. It's a manual that covers everything in regard to outsourcing, from beginning to end, even to post-project protection, no stones left unturned. While it doesn't provide insight to how I actually made $227,969 this year. But it IS the core essence of how I was able to do it. Because outsourcing is really the most important skill you will need to have as an Internet Entrepreneur, in my manual I explain in details why you must outsource, and how it will actually cost you more money if you don't. And then it's a Step-by-Step System of how you actually go about outsourcing in details. What pitfalls you should watch out for, how to decide if you should outsource the work or should it be left in-house, etc. It's still $19.99 now, you can grab a copy and see for yourself, I offer a 30-money-back guarantee, so if you're not satisfied with my manual, you can request for a refund. No hard feelings. Hope that helps. Yours sincerely, Terry

I will post my original answer to you from the PM in here again, just in case if other Warriors are asking the same question. Ivan asked me if my manual can be implemented from someone that lives in Singapore, here's my response to him in the PM. "Thanks for your question. My techniques will be suitable Worldwide. So yes, it will also be suitable for Singapore. Both of the online and offline outsourcing strategies I teach can be implemented no matter where you are in the world. As long as you have Internet access, you can implement my online techniques. And the offline techniques can also be easily applied in just about anywhere on the entire planet, as long as there is a civilization. Hope that answers your question. Yours sincerely, Terry"

Hi Terry, Fantastic manual! I outsourced a project this summer and I did it all wrong! I was pulling my hair out. I wish I would have your manual back then! At least now I'll be ready for the next time. I've been a bit gun-shy after my last experience but with your manual I'm ready to start doing more outsourcing. I spend way too much time on stuff I know I shouldn't be wasting my time on. Your Internet marketing tactics bonus report was also excellent. Incredible value given for the price of this WSO! I have mentioned about creating more outsourcing videos as a free update for this product to all of my current customers, to enhance the value of this product. I intend to launch this product to the general public at a much higher price in the near future. Therefore, I won't be offering resell rights to it in the future. And you can be well assured that the value of this product will be well protected, because it won't be reselling by hundreds of different people at pennies. ![]() Your sincerely, Terry

Hello Terry, And thank you so much for putting together such a comprehensive guide to outsourcing for this industry. Please accept my apologies for not giving you feedback earlier (travelling in the Tasmanian Wilderness!). We hear time and again that by outsourcing the tasks that you find laborious and/or boring, or those for which you don't have the skills, you will be free to focus on what you WANT to do. But I have not come across a guide as comprehensive as this one, that actually shows you how to go about outsourcing. Talk about over-delivering! As a writer, I think anyone who is planning to outsource writing should get their hands on this resource - if only to learn how to post jobs. Bidding for jobs that have vague criteria and non-specific outcomes is very time-consuming (but thankfully I don't need to do that anymore!). Which leads me to my last compliment.... You have raised the subjects of word of mouth recommendations and keeping your good providers. The subject of recognizing talent is something all newbie outsourcers should learn about - the more experienced guys already know it. Don't let your providers get away by searching for a cheaper quote. When you're on a good thing, stick to it. Well done Mr Ma, and thank you very much. |
