Well, it depends

Most people that are into SEO have the basics such as a RSS Submitter, Article Submission software Etc

If you don't have the basics, I recommend doing so as it will save you a TON of time

I also recommend a quality article spinner but I show ways to get by without one. I also point out a very good SEO gal that doesn't use spinning and how she goes about things

So I do recommend getting the basic tools and I also recommend outsourcing the tasks.

I am basically showing you exactly how I run my business in the most efficient and cost effective way possible

As far as RSS submitters go, I use RSS Bot

I have RSS submit but the cost compared to RSS bot isn't justified in my opinion in terms of results

For article submitters, I recomend either Article Marketing Robot or Article Bot

I have both and they are both very good and will give you additional sites above and beyond Magic Article Submitter for that all important IP Spread
