Interestingly enough, since people consider WordPress harder to transfer than a simple website, your upsells will include hosting, or you can charge a higher price because first year or six months, etc. hosting will be included. As to transferring the blog, there is an export and import posts functionality which takes care of most of it. You then copy over the plugins and themes and enable everything again. You can charge $50 for this, another upsell. Hope this helps.

Right at the top of the page is a special box for the coupon and a button to purchase the report right below it. The ebook is step by step, yes. With the reseller account (if you use hostgator, they will walk you through creating cPanel accounts for each domain) you can provide free hosting as-is. The client can login and modify whatever they want once you transfer ownership. As to blog transfer, there is a thread here on doing that. When the videos come out (about 1 week from now), there will be a video about blog backups and restores.

Also as an aside, I don't buy things for other people of this nature. Not that I don't want a sale, but often these gestures turn out badly. You cannot get someone to do things they themselves won't do. I am saying this to spare you some trouble as you will be doing everything yourself. I say this honestly because that is how I do business.

I do 2 websites/month with the coaching students. I setup the blogs the way I do when I want to promote and sell them. I give you my marketing worksheets and you go ahead and promote the sites with my instructions. I queue up 15 articles per site to drip feed every day or so and you write articles to get deep links, add more content, etc. At the end of 30 days, you should have a site with traffic and earnings. How much you can sell it for depends on a few things. I like to age sites for around 3 months. By then, they'll be worth much more than the coaching fees. Oh, most of my "students" get a feel for the entire process in about 2-3 months. It is not something that they keep doing. I don't have the time for it and I want you to go on to make more money and spread the word

I know the WSO is closed (picked up the book before it did) but I'm here to offer a full review of Tommy's Blog Flipping Fool. This will get future buyers who want to pay the full $50 interested:

I've bought several site/blog flipping books in the past but this one is different to an extent. While the same principle is there and I didn't learn anything new as far as setting up the blog and what plugins to use, I did learn what it takes to build long term sites to flip. This is what this book concentrates on: Creating sites for the long term to flip instead of creating sites then sell them the same day or the next day. Now this requires WORK. It tells you to go out and promote your sites (which you should do even for quick flips), do some article marketing, generate backlinks, and more. The potential is there to grab yourself some commissions and Adsense clicks if you do everything he says in this book.

Of course, as was the case with the other books I've read, there are no samples of the sites he has flipped for the long term, which is pretty crucial to get a feel of what an established website looks like. But he did show the site that he flipped in 24 hours (the one we know and love here).

Overall, the book gets a 4/5 from me. This is more of a long term flipping strategy while the others I've read teach you about quick flips. So if you want to learn how to quick flip, I suggest you pick up PLRFlip (down at the moment), FlipNoobs, or Pimp My Flip. But if you feel like you can maintain several sites to flip over the course of the next six months to a year, this is your book. Great job by Tommy here.
