If you're completely new to this, with no experience at all before hand, you should be able to get your first site up within 4-5 days.

If you're somewhat experienced, making a site a day should not at all be difficult, especially if you outsource.

As for total costs... a domain and hosting (less than $10) and outsourcing fees for a logo and/or content if you don't want to do it yourself. Will cost you $50 at most, less if you get things in bulk.

Hey Adam,

One you get used to doing this, and you start outsourcing the main things you need to create your website, you can easily create the websites by working less than an hour yourself (as you're not doing the writing or design - you can get these sites up in less easily when you have your content). Personally, I'm lazy so I outsource every single thing of these websites - all I do is buy the domain and point it at my server, and freelancers do the rest. Decent profits for no work whatsoever.

For a newbie though, I recommend they NOT outsource on their first flip (less costs - more profit), so it will take a little longer. Ultimately, even when you get it together and are well versed in these site flips you can create a few websites per day, but you don't want to do too many to avoid burnout.

1. Your site will usually sell for at least $100 (this is being conservative) so even with total costs of $50 you will generally make a minimum $50 profit, sometimes a lot more than that.

2. The burnout comment - you can do this often, but I wrote up this guide to help newbies start out with website flipping... yes, these sites sell, and yes they sell well, but even once you've mastered the art of selling them you'll want to move on.

Why? Simply because it is easier, and overall there is less work and hassle involved when selling one website for $1,000 than ten websites for $100 each. This method is great to generate some start up capital for newbies - you can easily do $1,000 (again, I prefer to be conservative) in your first month doing this, but once you learn how to setup these sites and sell them well, you'll want to move onto the 'next step'.

3. Most of my smaller site sales ($1,000 or less) which I list publicly are sold within 24 hours for their BIN price, this includes the sites setup with this formula. I've provided a few tips I personally use to make sure your sites sell and how to make the selling process a lot, lot easier (with this tip, now that I've done a lot of site flipping most of my sites sell within an hour after they're created...)

The guide is actually about blog flipping as opposed to 'standard' HTML websites because I prefer dealing with Wordpress than HTML. However, you can use the information and apply it to either blogs or HTML sites.

I've never actually flipped a Squidoo lens, but the tips in this will help you sell most kind of websites if you've not done them before. Again, the product discusses blog flipping mainly, but you can use the techniques and ideas to apply them to anything

As for where to sell your website, the places I tell you to go are no secret - Sitepoint and Digital Point. However, there are tons of websites listed there, and few sell, because they are done wrongly - I give you tips to give your website the best chance of selling, and another tip that could eventually lead to recurring income and you being able to forgo listing your website at all

I recommend you outsource the transfer of the files (I still don't know, and don't care to learn how to transfer WP blogs - it is supposed to be simple, but any kind of code or database involved and I screw things up) and transferring the domain depends on which registrar you use of course.

There is a fairly decent tip on how to (eventually) almost automate the process, as well as how to make money post-sale.

Seriously man, get a life. Stop spamming the man's thread over a denial of a $15 refund. You read the ebook and called it rubbish without even trying it. It says it plain as day on the site:

Show me proof that you've tried this out, proof that it doesn't work... then just let me know and I will refund every red cent instantly.
