Sucan, you can't take me as an example because my earnings came over time, since 2003 and I have almost 1,000 domains. No, I've broken down the entire process into 6 chunks. When you get everything all at once, I've found that it's just too much and it doesn't FLOW! I am organizing everything so it goes step by step so you can follow it. Like this: do this, then do this, then do this... Need help? Post your questions to the forum. Does that make sense?

Hello Michael! Beyond hosting and domains, and time, no, no other expenses will be incurred. Now I will mention tools that can help once you make some money but I always recommend that you start making money and THEN pay for tools that can accelerate the process.

Well, in a nutshell, I describe the Adsense program and WHY it's different from other programs and HOW your sites MUST be structured to MAKE MONEY from them. Then I go through the following(partial list here):

- Niche selection -> Incredibly important! Done wrong and you might as well give up (really).
- Structure of the site, how to set it up for proper SEO, etc., etc.
- How to make your site attractive to Google's spiders and how to get them coming frequently.
- What makes a successful theme and ad placement and what kills it.
- What kinds of links to get and which ones to avoid (this can save you hundreds of hours of work).
- What different approaches exist for Adsense (small vs. big site) and their strengths and weaknesses.
- How to scale it up and prevent you from going crazy monitoring everything.

I signed up on another training/coaching several months ago that I found on the forum that seems stuck and having trouble getting organized. Lots of hype and promises but lack of focus, commitment, organization and follow through on the part of the self proclaimed coach. I am debating whether to continue with it when the next payment is due. I have learned some but earned none.

All that said: I am intrigued by your offer here but have some questions.

Can you give us a range of low to high
daily adsense revenue you have seen?

In general, how long does it take to get
a site to produce it's typical revenue?

Is it reasonable, for an average person
with basic knowledge to earn his investment

Tony, all websites can vary widely in income, not just Adsense sites. If you use the tiny site model, you can see $1-10 per day. If you choose a high paying niche, a tough one to crack rankings-wise, you can see that $10 with a single click! Large sites can vary anywhere from $10-$100+ per day.

Now, how long does it take to get a site to rank and stick? That answer is all over the map and is highly dependent on niche. For niches with very little competition, you can get on the first page in 30 to 60 days. For tougher niches, 6+ months. That's why niche selection is CRUCIAL.

Can you earn back the investment in 6 weeks? Well, I don't have a crystal ball, but in my experience, it takes a while to get the "feel" of the whole process. IF you pick the right niche AND IF Google takes a shine to your site and IF you put a full time effort into the program, then it is possible. Now, the reality is that we're setting up the sites with a long term goal in mind. You go through the 6 week blueprint and once you complete it, you do it over and over again until you reach your income goal. Then you ask questions in the forum if you get stuck anywhere.

Brian, thanks for your feedback, it's really appreciated Right now, the whole course is structured so as to familiarize you with each step. There is enough work to do that if you could download everything, you will simply do nothing as it will be an avalanche of information. Also, there are lots of videos so it would be a bear to download. Maybe in the future, I could turn the whole thing into a DVD course, but that is down the road a bit. I'm sorry if this inconveniences you but for what it's worth, I assure you the course is well worth the time spent.

Hello Dave! I like static websites but they are more difficult to maintain. If you decide to join, I can show you a "hybrid" model where you can combine WP with XSP for your money site. I know that may not make sense now, but I will put that in the forum for you. BTW, I hope you are using a custom template to eliminate the footprint issue!

If so, and assuming some might do better, then that would be nice supplemental income that could get me away from my day job. I'm already retirement age but don't quite have the funds to make the leap.

Depending on the model you choose, maybe. Now a word about exact match domains (EMDs), there are millions of them out there and this will NEVER be saturated, certainly not with 100 members (the course cap). Only the obvious ones like "lcd hdtv" will be taken. I've also had great success with hyphenated domain names aka "led-lcd-hdtv.com" (not mine). Anyway, you can rank without an EMD so don't worry about that, it's a VERY minor point, trust me on this point.

Contrary to popular opinion, I've been able to get .info domains to rank just as well as .com domains. They don't have the same $$ value if you flip them, though, UNLESS the income is $100+/month. Now as to the question of how much to a dollar made or a dollar a day, it all depends on keyword selection, link building and a bit of luck because if Google takes a shine to your site, you can jump to page one for the first 3-6 weeks of a site's existence!

If you select the wrong niche, all the article marketing in the world may not be enough to get you on the first page of the serps. If you select the right niche, you may find yourself on Google's first page without any article marketing at all. That's why niche selection is CRUCIAL and we'll spend a lot of time on it

Each week you will be doing tasks associated with that week. For example, picking a niche, researching the right keywords, writing (or outsourcing) the content, setting up the blogs, which plugins to use and why, link building (which links are golden and which ones to avoid), how to scale these efforts up, tracking, monetization, ad placement, etc., etc.
