Hi Dan,

1. It can be pretty quick....but I'd say a couple months for most.
That's the speed a really recommend working in the guide, although you could do it faster.

2. Well I can only speak for myself, so that's 100%.

It's nothing complicated, I think even a "newbie" shouldn't have any problem making a good amount of money.

3. Paypal

4. Not much, perhaps $20.
