Since Dan asked, I'll happily, and without any reservations try to piece together a quick review on his Niche Spy offering.

It's taken me close to a day to get around to reading this report, all the while trying to guess what site or service Dan had based his research on. I tried hard and thought that I might have figured it out, wrong! I didn't even get close.

Dan has the unique ability to find valuable resources and tools which he then uses to do what he's a master of, research. This WSO is no exception to Dans previous efforts, the step by step with the live example is thoroughly disected and explained, just the right amount of words (will not bore you) but not to few, plenty of screenshots, and every site, service and tool hyperlinked in the resource list.

To answer the question of whether or not this WSO could make you any money, I'd definitely say yes, once you see how Dan lays out the info from the gathered research it would be fair to say that you could step into any niche that has passed the criteria, easily and successfully.

One thing I've always noticed about Dans reports is how excited I get about the information. You start to realize just how easy it can be to make a dollar on the internet. Often times your ready to go before you've even finished reading and even though Dan has always focused on one method it has always spawned in me many more ideas on how to use his techniques with other projects.

Do I read it right that you're providing access to the stats for 700 sites?

You say you are also giving a break down of one site so we get a complete inside view of how they did $3,000 a month with it. Is this something that someone who has never flipped a site can do? And, do I need any other information to get started?

I’ve just been making some practical use of your latest and greatest WSO report. To call it a WSO is jsut plain wrong as this report is destined for bigger and better things. It’s something that I would love the opportunity to promote to my own clients.
