That's correct. No matter which option you order you are eligible for the other option at the price quoted. For example if you ordered the 5k at $97, then you can later purchase the 10k at $167 and vice versa.

Let's be realistic here. I've delivered reports to users, not all have been cleared but I'm working VERY hard on clearing them and I have yours written but you chose not to wait any longer. A hit and run when I am clearly still here at WF, I responded to every email. I had issues that arose, very personal ones, I tried to explain that to you, but you chose to not wait any longer and I can understand that but this posting spree you are undergoing to try to make me seem some like I am scamming people when I am working hard to clear the queue is not needed.

There are approximately 5 users who I'm clearing as we speak.
