Yea, I don't know what happened to Edwin. When I bought my sites his service was good but when I needed help recently with my sites he disappeared and never responded to my PM's. Looks like the list is growing of the people needing help. I wish I could help.

It's a great looking theme, and it obviously does work, as per the demo blogs using it.

The problem seems to be that the instructions are not clear enough, or a lot of stupid people bought it (me included!) who don't know how to set it up properly.

I think given the fact that there are several of us who are struggling with this, it would be a great idea for Edwin to provide some support, otherwise it's a worthless product.

Looking forward to some help here Edwin!

I did disappear sort of....went to a country that has the slowest internet connections I have ever seen and I didn't had as much time online as i would have liked. I can't reach my normal email because I thought I had my username /password on my laptop but I didnt. To contact me either pm me here or send an email to printcoach@gmail.com as that one I am able to access.
I will be back home Friday the 15th and sort all things out.

It's got to the 15th now, and there's still no sign of any help. I've sent you emails, PMs and posted on this thread.

I'd be grateful if you could just process a refund, as I really shouldn't have to wait a couple of months for a decent response.

Live I've said previously, it's a great looking WP theme, but if it doesn't work for people, then it's not a lot of use.

I look forward to the refund

Your email was not the only one I had to take care of and as I said I am just home today after a month being away.

I am sorry you feel the way like you do. The error is not realy the template but it's no use going into that now.

It looks like a great theme, but considering the problems described here, I don't want to buy it, unless I am sure it works.
