Not directly, but the tactics are the same across the board pretty much for all the services. What's included in "Lead generation machine light" could be easily modified to focus exactly on Google Places.

Well, I've used it with clients all across the world and so far so good. I haven't looked specifically into the U.K. but it's a fairly broad contract. As long as you change the locations then you should be fine.

It's not location specific, so you should be ok.
