Had to buy this since I have been playing with the idea of doing just this. Very good info, simple to follow and clear instructions. I agree - its a numbers game, and for those of us that aren't authors, its a great chance to get books out there at no cost. As for the malcontents who are negatively slamming PLR - come on people! Anyone who seriously uses PLR knows enough to change/rewrite content - it isn't THAT difficult. But thanks for the negativity - it just keeps you out of my playing field. The rest of you - JUST DO IT!! - its so simple. |

The simplicity of the strategy is impressive. Sometimes we make things too complicated, but the layout and process for publishing kindle books is simple and easy enough to follow. For $12 it puts you on the right track.

Jay, are you sure that Amazon pays 70% on ALL Kindle books like your report states? I took a look on Amazon and it said the 70% only applies to NON public domain books. Public Domain books only get 35%. You might want to correct your ebook unless Amazon is displaying out of date information.

In the interests of giving you both sides of the story ![]() Merry Xmas all Kindle books are go... |

Hey Jay. Finally had the time to go over it, and it makes a great deal of sense, and is doable without a herculean effort. The less time I have to spend writing, means more time with my family, and maybe I can finally do what I really love- writing fiction! Thanks again for the release, and have a Merry Christmas everyone!

I grabbed this great product when Jay first offered it. I own another product of his and know he way over delivers. Because of this single product (which is actually multiple products), instead of sitting on the fence about publishing to Kindle, which I had been doing for well over a year, I sat down and completed my first Kindle ebook and got it up and for sale in about an hour. Thanks Jay and Merry Christmas. |

I purchased this 2 days ago and have already uploaded 2 books. I did use PLR articles for these books. However, I think it's all about the quality of the PLR and what you promise the reader. Don't over promise, over deliver. Promise a quick guide and then go in-depth. This is a well written, concise guide that is easily implemented. Take action. Thanks for a quality product! |

James, A few months ago I was doing my own Amazon Kindle/PLR research & I also found a number of people who had PLR books up - many matching some of the PLR collecting cyberdust on my hard drive. For what it's worth, the main things I noticed with the ones that had poor ratings were that the "author" was using the same graphics, title. description, etc. as was provided in the "original" PLR purchase. That's why it was easy to spot as PLR. In other words, they were slapping PLR up on Amazon (just like they would slap up a minisite) without doing any actual work. They were hoping someone else's work would provide them with an income. Laziness at it's most extreme. And, while I knew that some of the content in the books actually was decent, since the "authors" hadn't bothered to make any changes, it wasn't surprising to find multiple "versions" by other authors. PLR books obviously aren't the only books that get poor ratings. There are many times I've been intrigued by comments I've read about particular books, and when I check them out on Amazon I find that they have predominantly negative ratings. These are mainstream published books. Obviously the key for using PLR is to add value to whatever you are offering. And to remember that while there will always be people who want to cut corners, I'm not one of them. Just my 2¢ worth. |

Purchased the product and now have two kindle books put up today. They are in review but should be live real soon. Like anything there is a learning curve. Don't worry about all the plr crap on amazo. Think about how to outrank them. Believe it or not, some of that crappy plr is in the top 10 for sells in their given category, so don't be so hasty to turn your nose up. So what will a little "extra" effort do for your kindle sales ? I'll be doing about 2 or 3 more tommorrow in the same niche and ramping it up. The interview from the product was simple but yet powerful. |

Hi Jay, Bought this a few days ago. It is well worth the money thanks...I only have one point to make on pricing your books... As far as I can see there is a VAT figure included in the book selling price to UK, currently it is 17.5% but will rise to 20% in January... Please correct me if I'm wrong about this but, the recommended sales price which takes in to account the Amazon charges does not include the VAT element to UK customers... Thats it other than that it's a really good WSO.. Gordon. |

Hi Jay, Great WSO! I have started implementing but am stuck on the part under "publishing details" I am using PLR, RR, MRR products so don't have a website, does this matter because you say I have to put in my full http URL in this section? Regards Gradi O'Connell |

I am so excited now. I have been using this system for four days now. I have 7 books that are live and 5 more in the oven waiting to be approved and published. I have already sold one in the UK!!! Thank you so much for this system. I am averaging about 2 - 3 new ebooks being published daily. I hope to see the momentum pick up. Buy this system folks, it is rediculously simple and works! |

Hi Jay, I'm a long time Warrior Forum member, big on reading, not so big on posting. I bought this WSO on 30th December, had my first Kindle book published that night, made my first sale the very next day, here we are on the 7th Jan, I have uploaded 8 books, with 4 published and 4 awaiting publishing, 5 sales in 7 days. I am attempting to upload 1 book a day, but could easily do 5-6 a day if I did nothing else. For years I've run ebay and amazon affiliate sites, and let me tell you this method was the quickest result I've ever had, I didn't follow the method exactly, especially with regards to the PLR stuff, although I can see that would work. I had some of my own original content, so I spun that out into a book and I was off. It's my opinion that this could be the easiest way to earn money on the internet, but like any method, if you add your own spin to it and do your research (with the right searches kindle book store will tell you all you need to know), you will bank big! Kindle is the future for me. Thanks. Brian I've been a member for 4 years and this is the first thing I've ever posted. You've made an impression on me Jay. Edit: just after I posted this I sold another book. I'm grinning from ear to ear. |

If you want to clog Amazon with duplicate PLR then this interview is for you. Otherwise, I would suggest that you steer clear. I did a search of Amazon and it was rather sad to see how many PLR books there are on there bringing the overall quality of the Kindle store down. And the previous poster was right, they do get one star ratings from buyers and with good reason. For those still on the fence about making the purchase, I would just like to let you know that there isn't that much more information revealed in the interview than you can already read in this thread. The interview was a waste of $13.00 and I look forward to receiving my refund right away. |

I'm running up against a problem with the template. I can write in Title, Subtitle, Author etc. But when I get to table of contents and below cannot put in anything. All read only. I thought I could just copy-paste my content into this template and it would look ok for Kindle? Was I wrong? Also in one of pdf's you mention just loading content in an ebook creator prgm. I didn't see any mention of it after that. |

I have one question. It seems like I read somewhere that you can't put affiliate links or any URL link in anything you publish for a Kindle. Does anyone know anything about this? I searched and can't find anything either way about it. I'm not sure if an affiliate link or URL would even be usable with a Kindle??? I'm getting ready, at long last, to start publishing, but wanted to be sure about the affiliate and link thing first. Cindy |

Hi Cindy, As they say "Don't quote me." but I think affiliate links work, they just don't work for Amazon. Amazon affiliate links redirect to the Amazon home page. I see where you're going and it's probably a good strategy as not all Kindle format books are read on the Kindle. Ipads and PC's have applications to read Kindle format ebooks, so I guess the world is your oyster. Brian |

Just bought and finished reading the PDF. I had similar ideal before. Now it's the time to proof it'll work! Jay, which software you use to create book cover? I don't have Photoshop yet. Please advise. I'm creating the first ebook now. The one thing I'm not sure is: Do I need to follow Kindle_Publishing2 PDF to fomat the book or should I just copy & paste the book into Kindle-Ebook-Template2.doc? Please advise! Thank you! |

Hi Cynthia...no, you cannot use affiliate links inside your Kindle books (against TOS). You can however insert hyperlinks that link our to a blog, etc. This is a great way to get some promotional juice with these ebooks. Hotenergy, what I usually do is find some royalty-free images at a site like http://www.sxc.hu/, download them, resize them in my paint program (minimum of 500 px in width and no more than 1250 px), add some text for the Title & author, and upload it at DTP for my cover art. Hope this helps, Jay |

Hi, Jay, I'm trying to find more .doc to edit and upload. But there're so many PDF files. Could you please advise which PDF to Word software are you using? I've download some of them and found there always have something wrong after convertion: either pictures not clear or the words covers other words. Thanks! Hotenergy |

Thanks Frank, Amazon Cash Machines is a much larger self-publishing course that I created in 2010, and the content in this WSO is a small part of that. It currently sells for $97, but I am offering it at a large discount with the purchase of this Kindle Cash Machines. Thanks a bunch, Jay

I just wanted to post an update on my success with this system. It has been amazingly simple and rock solid in my opinion. While I haven't made a lot of money with it yet, it is steadily growing each day on sales. I wanted to put an excerpt from my sales thus far in just over a month. What people need to keep in mind is that once these books are created, they can generate a TRUE RESIDUAL INCOME over time as they sell repeatedly. I have about 50 - 60 books published right now and hope to break the 100 mark by the end of this month. The slowest process is putting them together. One last thing to mention is that I am finding the most success with creating books from PLR articles and not existing PLR products that are already assembled. Those seem to be saturated in the Kindle stores already. The "home baked" method seems to be the most effective. Amounts from the US Store: ![]() Amounts from the UK store: ![]() |

At the price of this offer, it's okay but the content created raised more questions about how to than it answered. For example, I've since found from YouTube Video demos and free info sites that Word is not a good place to start since it produces extraneous codes which can cause formatting problems when converted to html. This will be my 2nd only request for a WSO refund since I became a member. I would have gladly paid more if the information had been far more clearly researched and video demo given in the formatting of one's manuscript. For instance, wouldn't it be better to compose one's manuscript in an HTML editor, then use MobiPocket rather than the unclear and confusing process demonstrated? Word>WordSavedAsHTML>MobiPocket? I've published books on Amazon so I'm not new to that but don't yet have the step-by-step video demo guide that could be called "definitive" that I expected from this WSO. Is there any other Warrior willing to take up the challenge of creating something really workable WITHOUT using Word for the manuscript for Kindle publishing? If so, I'd be interested to hear from you. Please PM me.

How long before you can see results (sales)? What have you found to be the most important part of selling a kindle, the graphics on the book, or the keywords you choose to title the book? I am contemplating buying the WSO. I think the template and Jason Fladliens advice might be worth it.

My first sale was within 24 hours of uploading my first book, my $$ result is just a few dollars more than martbost above, in fact a few days ago my stats looked almost exactly the same, however I have far fewer books uploaded, only 15 or so. I've been busy brainstorming outsourcing and automation. I haven't uploaded a book since the beginning of Feb, and I started on the 30th Dec. I know, I know. I should get to it. |
