It was approximately 1 year ago that I heard about offline marketing for the first time, here on the Warrior forum.

Taking my Internet Marketing knowledge to help small business owners with their Internet Marketing while making a lot of money along the way – that sounded like a great business model to me.

Just like you right now, I was struggling to make affiliate marketing work for me.

Think about it, if you are charging only $500/month per client, then you only need 5 clients to make an additional $2,500 per month.

Do you think you can find 5 clients? Yes you can! I personally now charge a minimum $1000/month – so I only need 5 clients to make a whopping extra 5k per month.

And let me tell you, I had absolutely no clue whatsoever when I started out with this - zero, zip, nada.

Yes that’s right. Just as I did with Affiliate Marketing, I again tried to make this offline thing working by myself – and that wasn’t a great idea.

Despite all the hyped up sales letters out there I have to tell you that it’s NOT that easy to make money from small business owners.

That leads us to getting distracted all the time, every single day. And you know it’s true, isn’t it?

I was involved in a mastermind group very similar to this where we used facebook and skype. We had varying levels of expertise and knowledge. For over a year I struggled and made no money. But shortly after the challenge and working in a mastermind bouncing ideas off each other, sharing knowledge, experience, failures and successes, and being held accountable along with encouragement... I started making the big bucks!

You can buy ebook after ebook, course after course, video after video, but at least for me, nothing worked like having a network of like individuals helping each other to succeed and teaching each other. As I make my transition to the offline world, I am quite confident that like my successful experience breaking into internet marketing about 4 years ago, I will have the same experience with Offline Renegades.

My discussion today with mario, jason and some fellow renegades was very positive. it gave me a good kick in the pants which I know i needed, and remotivated me to drive on.

I really feel that this resource will hold me accountable which I need, and which Mario so frankly pointed out, thanks bro, lol! And it will help me to see my shortcomings and most importantly learn from them, and do what it takes to be successful.

Anyway, i could go on, but I have to go take action or I'll never hear the end of it next time I jump in skype hahaha. If you're moving into offline, I would definitely suggest this. Like mario said above, this is designed to replace the need to buy ebooks, wso's, etc... every month. And think about it, you know you spend more than 47 bones per month on chasing your dream. Put that money where you have experience available to train and educate you!

Since someone said that my post on this thread is the most skeptical one, I want to share my first-day experience.

Mario and a group of experienced offline marketers made themselves available for chatting on skype. They held nothing back in sharing their experiences. I asked a few questions and they all jumped at answering me.

Not only did they answer my questions intellectually, but motivationally (I don't think that's a word) as well. They encouraged us to take actions first instead of after we're "ready" since reaching that "readiness" stage can be endless. They also encouraged us not to be paralyzed by our skepticism and doubts.

As I write this post, Mario is helping me and one other person with our action plans for tomorrow.

Mario is right in that perhaps I've placed too much hope in a "magical" system; rather, I should take actions and make adjustments as I go. This is why this group will be so helpful for me along the way.

Training videos and tools are also available, though I haven't had the time to go over them.

If this is my learning experience on the first day, I can't wait to see what I will learn tomorrow.

i also want to share my experience with Mario so far. i am inexperienced as far as offline goes so I joined this mastermind. One of my goals for 2011 is to add offline marketing to my business.

Mario is as helpful as anyone could possibly be. He is always answering everyones questions and there are at least a couple more full time offline marketers sharing everything.

Although I am just getting started I know know exactly what services I am going to offer and how much to charge for it all because of this mastermind. How cool is that.

I signed up about 4pm 1-12-10 and got immediate access to the Skype chat and was greeted nicely by Mario and the rest of the members on the chat. I have been dabbling in 'learning' Local Offline. Analysis Paralysis. After engaging in a lively discussion I made an initial approach to a potential client with over 25 locations by 5:30pm.

Wasn't sure I was going to keep it though because I am in two masterminds already, but neither of them specifically focus on local marketing for small businesses like what I do.

Mario's Google Places Unleashed is an excellent starting point for getting local businesses online. He goes into great detail and does not assume you already know everything. Because of this, and his other products, I jumped at the chance to join Offline Renegades. Gained almost instant access to the program and have already received advice and encouragement via Skype chat. Mario and his team have an excellent 'hands on' approach to everything and answer all questions.

I have been a member of other mastermind groups, but felt a little out of my depth. The atmosphere in Offline Renegades is very friendly and helpful. People are obviously at different levels, but quick to pass on advice and tips.

I'm assuming you are talking about Google Places? What's your business, if it's online marketing, you'll have a hard time to get it ranked as Google isn't displaying web design or SEO companies in Google Places.

Okay according to Google you are only supposed to open listings in cities in which you actually have somebody working for you at a place. With that being said, there are some people out there that still create listings regardless and get them to rank.

Hm great questions, in the Mastermind you'll hear a lot about Google places but I'd say that you'd get the most of it if you already know how to set up a listing effectively and so forth. On the other hand, I'll have a special deal for members to get Google Places Unleashed.

So I guess joining the Mastermind makes the most sense, you can then grab the course for a special price or you check some free resources to learn the basics of Google Places Unleashed.

It should be obvious by now that if you want to make money in the offline world, that MARIO is a good choice if you are looking for someone to follow.

The fact of the matter is that in the WSO section there are probably 40 people that are selling how to make money offline type products. Out of those 40, I'm willing to bet that only 10 of them have ever landed a SINGLE CLIENT...the rest of them are just FAKERS AND WANNABEES.

Mario is one of the ones that is actually out there hustling, and one of the ones that actually has clients paying him month after month after month.

The key to this is if you want to be a successful offline consultant, you have to learn from someone that is showing you actions and plans to take that has actually implemented the process themselves. If you talk to Mario for 5 minutes, you will know he is one of those people.
