| People are actually paying $35,000 for franchises that use the offline advertising business model I will show you in this report! That's the truth! Not only do they pay $35,000 to buy a franchise, but the total investment can be as much as $100,000! Then, they will have to go find their first customer and pay royalty fees for as long as the business keeps going. However, you and I won't have to pay that much money or pay royalty fees. This business model is fairly simple and there is a way to get started, get your first customer with no money out of your pocket. No need to spend tens of thousands before even getting started. However, you could make tens of thousands because this business model is real. Check out some of the comments about this report by fellow warriors: Quote:

For those of you interested in, or already are, making money in your local area I have a proven business model to make money that I haven't seen mentioned here at the Warrior forum before. This business model uses calendars as a platform to sell advertising space to offline businesses. It's an interesting and very doable method. Plus, it goes perfect with local directories. If you have one and already are making money, you should be able to easily plug this method right into your existing business. If you don't have a local directory that's OK. You don't need a website to do this business. I first saw this business model back about 12 years ago when I was looking at franchises and this one cost about $30,000 back then. So recently I thought about this again and decided to see if there is a simple way for anyone to do this without buying a franchise. What I found out is there is a way to start a calendar advertising business on your own! That is what this report will show you. It will show you exactly what this calendar business model is, why it is a good business model, why it works, how to get started without spending any money, how you can make tens of thousands and more and never risk losing money and more. How much will this report cost? Not $35,000 that's for sure. How about just $9?! Just click the link below now: ![]() Thanks for taking a look at my wso. Tim | |||||||||

Tim, I bought this from you and thank you for your hard work and research. One thing: When I bought it I as expecting similar things with variations to other offline business models that have been posted here in the past. This is TOTALLY different and nowhere near the same as any of them. David |

QUESTIONS : 1. After wso purchase - How much investment of time and additional money is required to get this up and running? 2. If this goes better with a LOCAL PORTAL can we purchase one from you (templates) or will you direct me on how to best set one up? 3. Will you give techniques or pre-written material to market this effectively so that revenue can be realized? Thanks for ANSWERING these PRESALE questions. ebusiness |

Hi ebusiness 1. Hmm. Investment of time depends on how large you want to try to go with it. Probably most who decide to try this business model will decide to start off on a small scale. The smallest scale using the information I give will consist of making 24 sales to local businesses. So how long that takes depends on you to a great extent. You could possibly find one business owner to buy half of these available sales. So that would cut down on time. There are a lot of variables on what can happen. As far as additional money, that depends also. The franchise model would expect you to pay hundreds or thousands in advertising to get clients. You can do that with this model also. However, you can do this model without advertisng IMO just as others have done in the warrior forum in offline local marketing. Now, there are expenses to this model, but you can make money first to pay for the expenses. 2. No, I don't sell portals. I know some warriors are selling some and I'll look for them and post them here if I can. I bought one of mine from a warrior and am very happy with it. 3. I go over some ideas on how to sell this but mostly I describe what the basic idea is, why it works, why your potential clients would use the product. So, not any pre written sales material. Those who are able to get business from local businesses should have no problem presenting this to them. If you haven't done any of that yet, you still could be successful with this. Certainly some sales experience would help. Quote:

This is an excellent report: Tim is showing a great twist on an already great (and proven) idea woefully underutilised by all types of business (if they even have the time or the wherewithal to do it in the first place). The "great idea" part can be extremely profitable by itself but the "great twist" part is... well... a great twist. (Here's a (not very helpful) clue: the "great twist" part makes the "great idea" part more measurable, concrete, and profitable for all parties.)You'll have to put in effort to implement it and, like all off-line business activities, you will have to talk to real live humans at some point, but the money is there for the taking. And it's only ten quid too... Tommy. |

Hi Tim, Not only is this strategy completely different than anything that's been shared so far, it is also extremely easy to add to our other offline offers. Thanks for the great idea at a great price. My mind is already running wild with variations of the concept. :=) |

Basically you are selling something to local businesses that is worthwhile to them. You don't have to pay for this service/product until after getting paid by the local businesses. I show what the product/service is, how to get the product/service, a way to set a price, how you can start small and grow, etc... The product service is something just about all businesses would be interested in using. Lets just say it doesn't exclude any type of business. |

Thanks Thomas. You are correct. This can be done anywhere as long as there are businesses around you. Heck, you could probably outsource the work and live in the middle of the desert. However, I think that would be harder.

I have a question. The techniques in this wso...can it be used with web design businesses or search engine marketing businesses? (in other words, you are the owner of these businesses)

Hi RGallowitz I'm not sure if I understand your question completely, but if you are asking "if you have a local web design or seo business will this technique work with it?" I would say yes it will. If it isn't localized then it probably won't. This is based on getting local businesses and if you already have some local business clients you should be able to plug it into what you are doing now. If I didn't answer your question let me know. Tim |

I just got this. At first I was thinking, what did I just buy? Then I started reading it and I started to like the idea more and more. The idea is very doable and does involve work, but once you get the word of mouth going you can probably make a killing with this. Thank you for a very good WSO.

Bought it and my thoughts are the same as David C. here - that there is something in this report that I haven't seen elsewhere and indeed, is a great marketing weapon for local businesses. I also like the 'person with an educational authority' you brought in about this marketing method...interesting research results! Thanks Tim!! |

I have always disliked methods involving portals because of the sheer amount of competition involved. Is that what this is? How much intitial money does this take and how quickly can one start earning? Does your report show tested price points that have converted for you in the past? |

Hi Josh It doesn't involve a portal. You can start this without spending any money really and you could start earning money on day one if you are a good salesman. It does help if you already have a local portal or some offline clients. No, there aren't any price points, but I suggest ways to come up with prices. Tim Quote:

well...here I am again. this is a complete report on how to make some additional income IF YOU WANT TO SELL OFFLINE CLIENTS FACE TO FACE. being 'evergreen' means that this is not new, maybe a new approach to selling an 'old' product. me...I am difficult to impress. and old. and grumpy. so take that for what it may be worth. |

Yes Bob, I think it was made clear from comments from others and myself that it will take some face to face selling. Such as Tommy saying you will have to actually talk to "real live people". Much of the offline gold strategy is best if you do actually get to know people and actually talk to them in person. I also made it clear that I saw this business model around 12 years ago. The approach is new and there isn't another report like this one. |
