You know, there is a completely hidden benefit to Ken's service that no one has touched on yet, so I'll throw in my 2 cents on it.

I've gotten in the habit of looking for Ken's email with the article attached and when it arrives, I stop what I'm doing, skim it, rewrite parts of it and publish it on a related site. As Jay said above not only do the primary keyword/phrases draw traffic but the LSI technique used in my article writing draws traffic from other related words used in the article.
