I bought this thinking, to be honest, that I probably wouldn't learn anything I didn't already know. However....

It was a very interesting read and on page 18 there was one sentence that surprised the heck out of me! Like I say, it was a very informative read anyway and well worth the low asking price in my opinion, but I believe that one sentence on page 18 alone will make me a lot more money in 2009.

How will it do that? Well, by implementing what I found out from that one little sentence, I'm going to get a ton more subscribers to my lists

There probably is, I'm not too sure. The majority of people seem to prefer Paypal. But I do agree they do have high fees.

First of all... nice book. It is a good read. Worth $27

However I'm not exactly sure how you managed to make $603,094 in 7 days.

You say you made 302 sales, however throughout the whole book you talk about getting affiliates to do the selling and promoting and paying 50% commission for each sale.

You also seem to ignore putting the fact that Paypal charge $68.20 per $1,997 transaction. So 302 sales would have cost you $20,596.40

So although you would have still earned a good sum of money... you DIDN'T actually make $600k in 7 days did you?

Not trying to attack your WSO because I still think the book is worth the $27. I just think you're being a bit deceptive when you make people think you earned $600k in 7 days when you earned more towards the $300,000 (which in my opinion is still a fantastic achievement in 7 days!)

Hey thanks I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Obviously I had to pay affiliates and fees but overall I still made $603,094. I didn't keep all of it but in total after it was all said and done I brought in over $600k.

The point is the sales, I made $600k in sales. There is a difference between making 600k in sales and 300k in sales so the book is meant to show people how I done a 600k launch.

Short answer would be yes. The book is about launching a product so ideally you would want your own product but it is also helpful for knowing how to get a lot of affiliates and JV partners as well as get in contact with some big name guru's.

It's great to see a fellow Aussie doing so well at a young age and I can see you have a real command and knowledge of this business.

I jumped online a few years ago at age 35 now 38 and thought that because I had achieved some offline success in business that this would be a breeze.

How mistaken I was, and after coming to grips with that fact I am now developing some things that are working really well.

If the offline business community really knew what marketing and business talent was lurking in 20 something players like yourself I think there would be some chairmen/c.e.o types firing there highly paid MD'S and outsourcing to people here and at Elance.

PS:Hope I get as much from your product as I anticipate I will.

Understand where you are coming from because the ebook is written as a diary of an experience in launching a product. It's not polished but the author clearly explains this from the outset.

In all publications like this you can expect to get one or two good tips or hints which will save you time and effort and trial and error.

I personally found at least three good bits of advice and for me the price was worth it. But an experienced IMer to whom product launching is second nature will find this all ho-hum.

Personally I thought this book was a great read.

Tristan laid out every little detail, both good and bad.... which is nice because you don't see detail like this most of the time.

It's rare to see someone who actually takes the time to OUTLINE exactly what they did for a successful launch. So, my opinion, pick this book up. It's worth the price

There was a great strategy he talks about that I'm going to use in my upcoming software launch when I look for affiliates...

I wouldn't call myself one of Tristans "Buddies" because I've never met the man in person but I too can vouch for his products and his first class customer service. I have been very happy with his IM uncut course which IMHO is not rehashed material. It is very up to date with tips and tricks that Tristan has implemented and passed on to the user.

It's obviously unfortunate that you feel differently but I feel it is important to let others know that in my opinion you are dead wrong. In my experience, Tristan is a Warrior who really cares about his customers and his commitment to helping others shows.

It is a good read. Worth $27 However I'm not exactly sure how you managed to make $603,094 in 7 days. You say you made 302 sales, however throughout the whole book you talk about getting affiliates to do the selling and promoting and paying 50% commission for each sale. You also seem to ignore putting the fact that Paypal charge $68.20 per $1,997 transaction. So 302 sales would have cost you $20,596.40 So although you would have still earned a good sum of money... you DIDN'T actually make $600k in 7 days did you? Not trying to attack your WSO because I still think the book is worth the $27. I just think you're being a bit deceptive when you make people think you earned $600k in 7 days when you earned more towards the $300,000 (which in my opinion is still a fantastic achievement in 7 days!)
