Hi Azim,

Great questions! Here's my responses...

1. There's three major search engines, Google, Yahoo and MSN. It works with all of them, but the 2nd and 3rd one focus a bit more on the meta-tags vs just the title tag for google.

2. It definitely works for competitive keywords as well, but if you are more targeted, like "affordable gym shoes" vs "shoes" then your visitors will want what you're selling.

3. My personal experience is the rankings don't change that often. Most of mine have stayed for years fluctuating from #3-#6, but still pretty much the same.

4. You don't need to spend a dime.

5. An hour is for the 'changes' to an existing site. Actually creating graphics and pages can take hours to weeks depending on your experience.

This I request because for all the three sites that you have shown screenshots of, the competition is very meagre... whether under quotes or while using the allintitle search string..... and hence it would be much easier to rank for such uncompetitive keword phrases.

I checked the lawyer blog...and it only has 5 competing sites with the search term "lawyers chicago blog". But it doesn't show up in the first two pages when I put the high volume search term "Lawyers chicago".

Just curious...does it take awhile to get to first page google when you use a high volume search keyword? Do you explain that in your videos?

Hi Karen,

Good questions! The thing to remember about search engine optimization is that Google, Yahoo and MSN all want the same thing. They want the visitor to their site to find what they're looking for. This means, if you follow the seo rules I share in my videos while keeping in mind that you're trying to provide quality information on a specific, targeted keyword phrase, you'll rank well. Whether it's competitive or not.

The more competitive the term, the more you'll have to go back and refine your pages, but I've had terms like "massive marketing", "24-7 internet marketing", "top video software" and many more that have ranked high and stayed there for years. "Top video software" was more recent, but is out of 64 million and has stayed on top consistently...

I have always gotten page one rankings on at least one of the 3 main search engines using the techniques I teach in the video series.

Great question. There's been a ton of marketers teaching 'new' techniques for optimizing your website to get rankings that only last a few weeks and then are gone. This is because of two things.

First, they don't understand the fundamentals of SEO and are trying to trick Google.

Second, they're not looking out for the visitor's best interest, which means Google will catch them and not give them a good ranking for it.

My formula has been the same for over five years and has rankings that last for years with "zero" updating.

Try it out and see what you can do!

I don't optimize my sites with quotes simply because most people searching for something don't use them. Plus it lowers your competition and makes it much easier to optimize.

With quotes in this example shows that my site is on page one out of 65,100,000.

I don't know what your hypthesis was, but I just did a google for "top video software" (no quotes) and it is number two out of 62.8 million websites. No dreaded sandbox!

Sometimes you might get a hiccup with google if they're indexing a site at the exact time you do a search or if they're rearranging the order or websites or adding a new site, but overall your ranking should not change if you're following my formula.
