Q: How do I contact you?

A: Currently, the best way to contact me is via my support department because this thread is no longer actively monitored.

Q: Can I install Profits Theme on my clients’ sites?

A: No you can’t. You can only install Profits Theme on sites that YOU own (domains must be registered under your name/business name). To install Profits Theme on your clients’ sites, you need to purchase a separate license for each and every one of your clients.

Q: Can I sell my blog that contains Profits Theme?

A: The new blog owner needs to buy a separate Profits Theme license; otherwise you need to uninstall Profits Theme before selling it.

Q: I don’t know how to install WordPress on my hosting account. Can you install it for me?

A: We can do a standard WordPress installation for you. Our fee is $100 per installation.

Q: I already have WordPress installed on my hosting account, can you install Profits Theme for me?

A: We provide step-by-step instructions on how to install Profits Theme in the members area. It’s pretty straightforward. If you still want us to install Profits Theme for you, our fee is $50 per installation.

Q: My generated license key doesn't work.

A: Have you followed ALL instructions on how to generate a license key to the tee? Yes, to the tee. If you haven't, please go back and regenerate your license key again, this time following ALL instructions to the tee.

Q: I have already paid but when I tried login, it won't let me.

Your designs that you have done for me have always been so good that I figured I would jump on this.

Just paid and been taken to a page that says your site is down for maintenance.

But the emails did take me to the place to download a copy so all is good.

Looking forward to using it on a new project.

As long as your offline consulting business needs to use squeeze pages, sales pages, OTO pages, membership sites, etc. then of course this theme will help you create them fast without expensive designers and programmers.

This is pre-made theme by us, not for you to create your own theme. It's web based and it's for use on wordpress.org self-hosted blogs.

I am very happy with your squeeze page templates that I've recently purchased.

I'm hoping that your Profits Theme will work for a non-profit organization I am helping to setup. I have been searching all weekend trying to find an affordable option for this WordPress Site I am developing.

My biggest hick-up is that I need a members only forum also included in the membership site.

Is that possible with Profits theme? Is your theme capable of having a members only forum integrated? I also need the ability for the members to have detailed profiles. Is there a plug-in that would be compatible/stable enough to add that you could recommend?

Hoping you or some other generous soul out there could make a recommendation...

welly, Im a previous customer. but your system doesnt recognise me, no probs...but when I try to purchase the product field at top of form has no text enter box and has not been pre edited in..
When I try to process checkout form it comes back asking for membership type.. ie Im trying to purchase and cant----ive been looking at all the pro sales and squeeze themes for 2 weeks an was just about to buy when your email came through... I havent even looked all the way through, I know your quality and at that price...i dont care please give me a good purchase link! stuart

Profits Theme is currently not able to have a forum integrated. I don't know of a stable plugin that I can recommend to you, since I've not tried that before. I hope anyone reading this will be able to recommend.

Hi folks, If Im right about Wellys time zone, its prob around 7.15 am now, and I was talking to him at around 2.00 am his time, that was 3.00 am my time, I went an got some shut eye, but I cant sleep in in the morning, even when Ive been up all night im-ing!
I figure Wellys getting some sleep an some morning coffee1 an will be back at a reasonable time to answer your queries!
I'll probably be asleep again by then, nodding off at the pC'

First time I have bought something where I didn't scroll to see what others were saying. Just went on your previous work.

It all looks great and I am looking forward to having a play.
I can see why you held of on releasing there is more happening here than you gave as the original idea on what it was going to be.

I am really pleased to have got Profits Theme at this great price you really are under selling the value of the product at what would have to be classed as a insane price.

It was working a few minutes ago, Ron. I was busy going through the support documents when the error happened. I'm sure they're just updating and tweaking stuff which caused the problem. The software is well worth the wait though - I've just installed mine and it's freaking loaded! =)

OK. Just so you know, I was just seeing how things stand with your offer. It looks good, and the price is definitely nice. I imagine this theme could work nicely with webs flips (that would have to sell for more than $150 to break even, covering cost of re-buying theme at the then price, flippa fee, domain, etc.)

You should check out the ning website. It is made for creating individual communities with secure login, and can be customized quite a bit. It does have a monthly cost. However, depending on the number of members, it can be quite reasonable. I have been a member of a couple of groups that have used ning as a social and teaching community.
