It's says a lot about your integrity and teaching style and I'm confident I made a good decision to invest in this. Wishing you continued success with your WSO, Steve |

Hi, Gary ~ This package looks great. I have not had the time to go through the complete package yet, but I am excited to get to all of the topics you have covered, very thorough coverage of offline marketing. Many of my questions have been answered already. I am also looking forward to the forum exchanges. Thanks for this opportunity! Janis |

Here's my review. I'm not in to hype. I make my living working with business owners. This is the best, most organized course on this topic that I have seen. It is clear that he is speaking from experience and not theory. If you want to get started in offline market and want to actually get going now and make money, get this course. It won't tell you everything there is to know, but it will give you what you need to make a great start with solid practical advice. I've gone through programs that claim to teach the same thing but cost a thousand dollars. Sure they did have a lot more material in them, but they were also a sprawling mess often adding in a lot that you could learn for free, hours of videos and audios that could have been summed up in a fraction of the time. You had to spend a lot time sorting all the options they gave you, and trying to figure out what really works, what was just theory, and it could be overwhelming and hard to know where to start. Gary's course in a very logical manner takes you through what you need to know to started and be successful. I found it interesting that he recommended the same non-WordPress website builder that I've used to generate several businesses custom websites fast for anywhere from $300 plus my shoes polished and fixed for life (five pages) from a happy shoe repair shop owner to around $1500 for 10 pages or so for an independent pharmacist. I decided on that builder after researcher over 40 builders out there. I understand what he is saying about Wordpress now, and while I found what he said obvious that's probably simply because I had made that mistake early on. I've had the exact same experience learned the hard way. Everything I have gone through so far in this course has been great. Sometimes, what he says is quite short and to the point. There is definitely no fluff here. While I think maybe he could have said a bit more on some points, not entirely sure about that. What I'm really thankful for is not having to listen to hour long mp3's or videos in which the person rambles on about a point that could have been said in a few minutes. Overall, he gives lots of specific tips and details that can you save you a lot of time, money, and frustration. and I still think WordPress works just fine but the advice he gives really applies to more than WP anyway. He has given me some things to think about in terms of specifics of generating recurring income that I'm not really doing effectively enough now, and just a few small changes from reading that will pay for the course many times over. In short, get this course now! It's easily worth the value as long as you take action and get busy. It's really all you need. No excuses! |

I don't know, but I would think outside the North America, that you are going to see the mobile platform for business owners become increasing important because of the higher dependence on cellular service and better quality service than in the US. More people buying some kind of smart phone/web phone running android rather than a computer. Gary talks about one web building platform that automatically sets up a mobile formatted site and of course there are WordPress plugins that do the same thing, so perhaps other than differences in prices and what you charge as long as you pay attention that the sites you build are on a platform that gives you automatically mobile formatted version of the business sites, not much is different in that the course is still useful to you. Having purchased one or two other WSOs recently on offline /local marketing I'm wondering if anyone knows how this method compares to Holly Cotter's methods? Does anyone have both?

I've purchased both, honestly, you can't go wrong with either WSO, they are both put together in a straight forward manner. What I like about Gary's WSO is he gives you the big picture first, then breaks it down into nice size chunks you can quickly digest and implement. Hands down, one the the BEST WSOs I've purchsed. Looking forward to implementing and earning a nice ROI.

Hey Gary, I've been watching you here in the forum for a while now. Like the cut of your jib there sailor ![]() Like you I've been making my living putting offline businesses online - off and on since "95". A couple of years ago I sold out a course of my own twice. But it was showing business owners how to do it themselves. I did 2 classes, 20 students each in a 10 week period and it turned my brain to saw dust. Tough way to make a living that - But they were all happy with their sites and local SERPs when all was said and done. All on Word Press Platforms of course and that was before WP got really slick. So I gathered up my dusted brain and went back to consulting with off line businesses. Somehow I could never quite get a handle on outsourcing. It was a hassle to find good people or I just wasn't looking in the right places. And I tried all the regular haunts and basically ended up out of frustration saying, "To h*ll with'm, I'll do it myself." So when I saw in your WSO (Hint - No outsourcing), you got my attention. I'm working myself to death for half the money you've made in the same time period. From my brief scan of you course I must say I'm very impressed and quite pleased. I'm looking forward to working with you and your forum group. Though I didn't go for the "Private" forum upgrade yet as I'm spread pretty thin on time as it is and just not sure I could afford the extra time. I guess it will be 24 hours till you send a "Standard" forum confirm so I can log in. username: DeadIntoIt Just thought I'd say thanks in advance for now and let you know you have someone in the group that's been down this garden path but definitely done some stumbling along the way. Here's hoping you're having an enjoyable, productive and prosperous day. |

Actually, I'm a former Marine vs a sailor (lol) - but I did spend 11+ months on ship (total). Thanks for the kind words... Yes, I'm in the same boat - I struggled long ago with outsourcing because it didn't really exist - at least not at the level it does now, so I had to find other ways to get it done myself, just like you. Outsourcing CAN be done - that's for sure.... I just include several options for those that are gun-shy of it and info about it for those that want to do it. Thanks for your support! Gary

Gary, I have been eyeing offline marketing for awhile. When I saw this package I knew it was what I was really looking for. Someone who has been in the 'trenches' and was willing to share fora terrific price for us and the value you put into this package is so awesome. The questions I did have that you did not answer were also adressed... that seems strange to say (but you covered all the aspects of offline marketing and when there were many variances such as specific offer prices) you helped me by saying why the variances were there and why setting a specific price point should be worked up within the 'plan' you put in here! The video was really full of nuggets! Way too awesome. Thank you! |

I don't typically hang out in the forum, but I do watch for specials like this one. Congratulations Gary, yours is the second WSO I've purchased within the past two weeks. And that brings me to a grand total of two ![]() I haven't looked at any of the material, but it is odd (or so I think) that with many of my clients recently giving me offline ideas, and my husband in a position already offline and watching an off shoot to his business taking off... well you know what they say. Ask and ye shall receive - or so it seems in this case. All additional offline information will be greatly appreciated! Fingers crossed! Everyone has wonderful things to say about you. I was in the "fool me a billion times and shame on me" stage - no purchasing anything (it all being nothing but rehash or cr.ap). Here at WSO, I've found one exceptional product and just bought what I pray is my second "pick a winner!" Excited to see (find out) if our world is about to change ![]() Looking forward... literally! |

Sounds good, just received an email about your wso. Just a question... the ultimate one: do I have to call someone (or hire something who call business owner) to be able to run this business, or is it all Internet? Just worrying about my French accent here... Regards, Franck |

Thanks for your trust! I avoid specifically discussing too much regarding SEO because it's been so over-sold to small business owners they are likely to slam the door in your face before you get started. For those that DO have SEO skills, I discuss that and recommend approaching from a different angle - solving a problem, then showing them proof of your ability and offering that as a service too! There's a couple threads in the forum that are starting up on Places that promise to be lively - I have a subforum dedicated to Google Places. Thanks again! Gary Quote:
My course is about establishing and running a long-term, profitable offline consulting business. I know, it doesn't sound as sexy as "push button overnight riches" but you CAN make some crazy numbers with offline consulting if you do it the RIGHT way. I lay out my personal tips, failures and strategies for you to copy form my 15+ years of experience in the offline consulting world. Have a great day! Gary Quote:
I'm really happy to help - it just is the right way to do things! Gary Quote:
Now, stay focused and get through the course. Don't get distracted and start shopping for more of the latest clickbank this and that. This is all personally created by me, it's brand new material. There may be concepts that others have discussed but if it's in this course, it's because it just works for me (or failed miserably - yes, I talk about that too!) Thanks for your kind words and trust. Gary Quote:
You can contact clients in multiple ways (I have a whole guide on different ways to do so). I truly believe that calling or stopping in are the best ways. BUT - I know that lots of people are hesitant to do that... SO, I tell you HOW to find and pre-qualify the clients so that you're conversion rate (how many say "yes!") is likely much higher. I also go in depth as to how to change the perspective on approaching clients - when you accept this mental position, it can REALLY reduce the nerves and sweaty palms of picking up the phone. All success, Gary Quote:

Hi Gary This looks like a great offer and congrats on the reviews. I have some questions Most off line marketers seem to focus on: Google place Facebook Fan pages Web sites SEO Does your course cover these and if they do, do you show how to put up those services? Second you say in your copy Why WordPress is the WRONG platform to use! I am a bit of a fan of wordpress using Headway themes to create really nice individual sites and I have control over them and hosting ( I have looked at homestead themes ( don’t know if this is what you promote?) and to be fair think they look naff. Can you give a bit more explanation on this without giving the WSO away? Thanks in advance Mark |

Hi Mark, The course goes into details on al kinds of services that can be offered. To be clear - it does not give "how to install word press" or "how to rank in google places" kind of info I do put numerous resources in for different ways to learn, deliver these types of services, but the main thrust is how to find, pre-qualify clients that need your help (so your success rate is higher) and how to deliver those services and maximize your revenue by bundling services. I didn't want to add the little how to setup word press kind of things and fluff up the course but am always happy to help with resources and the forum as well. The not on wp being the wrong platform - I am a big wp fan so don't get me wrong. It's the way MOST people recommend to use it that LEAVES money in the table - you can absolutely use wp and do very well. Follow my advice to maximize your revenue with it and you can make even more. ![]() Have a great day. Gary |

This is a well structured course and gives great advice for anyone considering an off-line consulting business. Having my own off-line business (27 Years) I still always look for interesting ways to find new clients and Gary has a number of fantastic methods in this WSO. This is not some push button solution to starting an offline consultancy but rather a solid work outlining some of the best ethical ways to create a sustainable business with just a smidgen of work on the reader's part. These methods are all backed up by Gary's personal experience (good and bad) of 15+ years in offline consulting, and so give some great tips on what to avoid and what works. Gary also offers answers to probably the most difficult problem many people face when starting their own business "marketing themselves and their products" - making this simple and enjoyable. He has included some customisable, time and money-saving templates as well. These free templates, in my opinion, are worth more than the price of this WSO. I make no comment on the forum here as I am not yet a member, possibly because I did not read the instructions and so signed up with the wrong email address. However this was a WSO I could not put down until I had finished reading it and even without the forum membership is at present totally underpriced. Thanks Gary |

Richard, Thanks for your order and your trust! YES! I include a sample contract AND a proposal template that are in .doc form - you can edit in Word or Open Office. Now, I'm NOT a laywer, so you should always have a legal adviser give their blessing, but these documents are a (IMHO) great starting point for you. YES! You can upgrade to the private forum later - I don't have an offering on the forum for it just yet to avoid confusion (like those that just upgraded then thinking there was ANOTHER upgrade). If you wish to upgrade before I put that link out there, just email/PM me and I'll send you over a link, no worries at all. Thanks again - have a great day! Gary

Okay - I have gone through the entire WSO. I even worked step-by-step through the videos with you as well. EXCELLENT WSO! Great information. Even better - VERY USEFUL RESOURCES. I am especially appreciative of the Client Services Form. If anyone is on the fence - I suggest getting it IF YOU ARE DOING OFFLINE!! (If you aren't, then focus on what you are doing instead!) But if you are doing offline - especially if you are just in the beginning stages - GET IT. |

Access to the entire forum is FREE - it's included in the WSO - the ONLY EXCEPTION is the private forum. That's sort of like the War Room here - it's a one-time upgrade. Befor I launched, I had lots of people asking me for ways to get more info, sort of like coaching, but without the required investment for a coaching course. I give more info on the thank you page, but since it's new and I want to make sure everyone gets their money's worth, I'm promising to deliver at least 4 different benefits for private members - it's based on what YOU want - case studies, how-to's, webinars, whatever! So I'm just trying to fill the need of giving more with a controlled affordable investment. Again, NOT required, but the upgrade is $27 if purchased when you get the WSO. If purchased later, it will be another 10 bucks - I don't want to rip anyone off, and want to to be affordable even for those that can't swing it right away. Thanks, Gary Quote:

Gary, tell me straight. Do you get-off on helping people feel guilty? Guilty (well nearly, almost and just about) is how I feel after quickly glancing over all that you have poured into your Ultimate Offline Profits course. The "potential clients to avoid" and "things to not say" alone are worth more that the price of the course. Thank you. Excellent. What a gift and now this student being ready as I am, I welcome your instructions with commitment and enthusiasm. Thank you. |

Don't have time to participate and post much so I'm not sure how much this review will be worth but ... I read or should I say devoured the content in this WSO within 2 days of receiving it. Printed, it's about (possibly more than) an inch thick so it's a lot of information. Lots of great tips. Also, I visited the forum today (not the upgrade, just the regular one) and there's some good interaction going on in there. Definitely worth what I paid and more. Thanks! Well after the weekend I got through your product and it is great! I have bought products from $5 to $1500 and this is certainly in my top 3. I would suggest this product to anyone who is involved in marketing to offline businesses. The biggest problem that any businesses has is getting new customers (except for a dog groomer that I talk to last week, she told me that she does not online because she does not want any more customers! Maybe I should get into dog grooming...) your strategy helps take the awkwardness out of trying to strike up a sale and that is priceless. Thanks again, Bryce |

I appreciate your trust and am glad that the course is helping you take things to the next level and solidify existing relationships. So many people land clients, only to lose them later and then they have to start over again, so I tried to include ways to keep contact with your existing clients and stay at the front of their mind. That way, when they DO need something, they won't say yes to the next guy that happens to walk through the door. Thanks again, have a great day! Gary

Thanks for your question. The course is laid out to cover what I call the "Main Method" - simply because it's so effective for pre-qualifying people that it's primarily what I use. The difference is that when you use this method (or in conjunction with other methods) you're close rate can be MUCH higher because you are pre-qualifying the potential client as one that needs your services - NOT just popping-in. I include 7 additional models for finding clients. Regarding approaching clients - yes, I do recommend calling or stopping in - ONCE you've done the pre-qualification and not before. I also include ways to reduce the fear that many people have with making that first contact. Scripts never sound natural because someone else wrote them, but I do include ideas of what to say to the most common problems you'll identify using the Main Method. Also included are 8 other "advanced" ways to contact clients - some of these are not appropriate for all cultures but can be used to generate other ideas where they don't fit. One of the models that I discuss is getting people to call you - in full disclosure, it's about building your relationships, not some push-button skyrocket to the top of every search trick. This course is about building a long-term business and easing the struggles of finding, contacting and landing clients, while maximizing revenue. Hope that answers your questions, happy to explain further if not. Have a great day! Gary
