Hello, Considering purchasing this product, however the question I have is does this also come with a offline consultants website template that can be modified to market our services to potential offline clients? Thanks in advance for your quick response. Joe |

I point out several resources for templates that are free or very, very inexpensive, both html and wordpress. Since no two people are alike, and based on feedback I received, it was better to give you the resources so you could find the closest match to your client project and tweak it vs forcing you into modifying one (or a batch) of templates. That can lend itself to a huge amount of additional work vs fast-tracking you to getting the project done quickly and on to the next. Thanks for your question! Have a great day. Gary

Gary. One important question - for me. The cost of this course is not an issue - happy to pay for a quality product. However my big problem is - initiating telephone conversations with people! I am now 'advanced in years' and have a lot of life experience - but the thought of picking up the phone and making a 'cold call' just frightens the life out of me, and always has! YET - I can do a tremendous job in taking calls and meeting face-to-face by appointment. I can even give presentations to hundreds of people. YET all through my life I have this one big hang-up. So the question is - is it possible to handle your suggestions 'at a distance' so that interested parties initially contact me? (I know you will probably say that my fear is unreasonable and I should face it - but that's not the issue - the issue is - is there a workable way round this?) Thanks in advance |

Woody60... Thanks for your questions, they are great! I'm afraid you're wrong though - I won't say your fears are unreasonable and you should face them. I personally prefer face to face conversation as well - it gives me SO much more feedback (body language, etc). I have several buyers that are targeting other areas, including being offshore from the US and targeting the US (for example). If the phone isn't your thing, that's fine. Most will say to pick an area and walk around knocking on doors. I NEVER recommend doing that NOR do I recommend COLD CALLING. Your results will be miserable! What I do recommend is doing just a little research before hand. I show you exactly how in the included video and step by step guide. I have checklists that go along with that, so it's a work-along video. You can do it any time, any where as long as you have an internet connection. When you're done, you have pre-qualified potential clients and THEN you can pop in for a visit or make a brief call to ask for an appointment. You can even take this to another level (since you said you are comfortable in front of a room of people)... Pre-qualify a bunch of them, have a call center invite them to a free seminar at a hotel (rent a professional but inexpensive room or college room even) and do a presentation on the benefits your can offer. Close with a special deal and you're golden. I know if someone is a pro and has fast fingers they can do OK with cold calling, but I just don't do it - ever. There are too many people I can find with my methods I describe that I KNOW need help BEFORE I reach out - makes the conversion rate skyrocket compared to cold calls. Hope that helps! Have a great day, and thanks again for your questions. Gary

I don't promise instant riches, but I do have lots of people taking action and making money. Make sure you hit the ground running, and get through that client finding video... then reach out to them and (politely) don't take no for an answer. You CAN do this if you are willing to try. ![]() Have a great day. Gary

Gary -- I'm impressed. Very good job. I especially like the "go here next" screenshot at the bottom of each lesson -- I wish everyone was as organized and proactive. Glad to see you teaching the emotional and mental aspects -- and changes needed -- to do this (or any) business. I was taught, "The most important part of any journey isn't the first step. It's the six inches between your ears." When you put out another WSO, please let me know. Charlie Gosh |

![]() I would try bookmarking the thread (adding to favorites), closing your browser and them coming back to it. I'm seeing the buy button on the page, so it could just be that your browser is grumpy - it happens to us all! lol Thanks for your trust! Gary

Hi Gary, You say that WordPress is the wrong platform to use, could you please elaborate. After all we are constantly being told to use WordPress. Thanks |

Hi AntonyB, You're asking me to reveal one of many secrets in the course. ![]() Since there are PLENTY of them, I'll share this one with you. Most courses tell people to use WordPress and then (here's the mistake) show the customer how to use it to do their own updates. WHY would you do that? Why not DO the updates FOR the customer and charge them a reasonable fee? Look, the business owner needs to focus on running their business, not trying to be a web designer. Their time would be MUCH more productive doing "business owner" stuff instead of playing with their web page. They don't usually clean their own office or take their own trash to the trash dump - they pay a small fee for people specializing in that service to deliver it FOR them. Placing customers on a monthly maintenance program helps the owners know that they can get small updates done to their web site while maintaining a steady level for their expenses. Business owners need to budget for things like this, and if they want to do small changes but have to pay extra, there's a spike in their expenses. People like smooth, controlled costs, not dramatic peaks and valleys. The side benefit to YOU, the consultant, is that you have ongoing, recurring revenue for those updates. FWIW, I'm a solid supporter of WordPress. It's simply a poor recommendation when you just turn things over and leave recurring revenue on the table. THAT is the type of thing that I teach in my course. How to find clients, how to get through the gatekeeper, how to maximize your ongoing revenue while providing needed services... Thanks for your trust, see you on the inside! Gary

Gary, I was also very curious about the "Why WordPress is the wrong platform" statement! And your response is perfect. In fact, I just found a tool to help me manage over 10 websites that I maintain. Cut my time A LOT. I'd like to ask you a few of questions, but don't think I have enough posts to send a PM. Here are are my first two: - The info you provide is kinda vague as far as "who this is for, who this isn't for." - Does this have some sort of guarantee? I ask in the event that this is not at all for me, I can't use it." |

Hi gideon625, Wordpress rocks. People USE it the wrong way. I'll just give this for free to everyone... Most consultants I talk to setup wordpress and tell the customer how to edit their own pages and stuff. WHY? Why not set it up, using wordpress if you wish and then do the updates FOR the customer? They pay someone to empty their trash cans and clean their toilets. They'll pay YOU to update their web site. Be fair, but make it worth your time and it's gold. They are happy and don't have to struggle with techie things, you are happy because you have ongoing revenue. ![]() Who's this for? It's an inside deep-dive into how I run my 6 figure offline consulting business. It's not push button. It's not overnight. People can't be lazy and make 6 figures. It's for someone that wants to see how a successful offline consultant does things - finding clients, contacting them, services to offer, etc. Hope that helps. All success, Gary Quote:

In that case, I'm in. I've been literally been knocking on business doors looking for new subscriber/member clients, offering to build them a website or revamp their website and offering monthly admin/tech support. For a monthly fee I update WP, theme, plugins, and also upload new content they have. I have 5 paying members and want to ramp that # up (first to 50, then 200, then decide what to do with the company), but my biggest difficulty has been knowing WHO to get in front of. I combine what I do for them with a monthly print newsletter giving them direct-response strategies that they can implement in their business, online and offline. I'm doing this as a way to hopefully generate more income from the members who would want to implement some of the strategies I give them every month. One already wants me to help he with Facebook advertising. So here's $27 going your way.

Thanks for your trust. You already have the biggest challenge met - you're DOING SOMETHING. ![]() That's awesome! Now, run through the course and add it to your toolbox - use the strategies for finding clients, loop back with your existing ones and add the services I mention to boost your monthly revenue with them, and crush it. Add value. Get paid. Priceless. All success, Gary Quote:
