How I Placed AND Maintained First-Page-Rankings in Google AND Yahoo – For 7 years now

Sounds interesting but when I put that phrase in "quotes" I only get 245 competing sites which in marketing terms is easy to beat. Does your system work for more highly competitive keywords as well?

Thank you for your comments. Of course there are some niches that are highly competitive (like make money online) which frankly I haven't checked with my method. I don't know how accurate is the approach of using quotes, since there are a number of combinations between 3 words.
Anyway, I can tell you about my site: is beating the "top-gun" guys like multi-million translation agencies.
My site in Spanish is in a very competitive niche: Diet or Weight Loss, in this case, there are millions of competitors but my strategy has been targeting to very specific niches like "low colesterol with diet", or "the definitive diet" which is in a hype now. And as I said, I get 600+ targeted visitors/day completely free.
I hope it clarifies a bit more... I'm here to help...
