I understand you don't know me or the quality of the site, but you can look all the way through this thread and see what others (many well respected) have already said about everything. On top of that, by purchasing this WSO you are fully guaranteed to "like what you see" or you get a full refund ![]() Hope this helps, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Good thing that your very intriguing sig file throughout misc. warrior forum threads keeps on popping up or I would have definitely missed your Amazing 11 page WSO thread and offer which I've finally just finished reading through even after I purchased last night... ![]() Great lesson in sig file traffic creation and generation, although you should have been running more than just one WSO since this one started! Almost missed out and I'm sure many will... ![]() ★★ I'm CONSISTENTLY Making Over $10,000 A Month On Autopilot!! ★ Click Here For My Secret!!★★ (in case the link doesn't work, just read from page 1 like I did!) Couple other reasons I'm posting here. For the most part, the signup went fairly smoothly. I purchased your WSO as a gift for a family member for another source of multiple streams of income so the name and email addresses were different but everything on the affiliate page details went through fine. I just need the user name and password to get access for the VIP membership area which seems to be different from the resellers package. If you could PM those details it would be greatly appreciated... Transaction ID:1WJ08473MT1474536 One other question which was just a little confusing in going through your sales process landing page. I'm fairly familiar with OTO's, although I wasn't really expecting one since most parts of the WSO comments say there wasn't one. So at this time I passed on the OTO's but now I'm wondering how that will effect the sales potential if someone buys in some cases. Does that mean quite possibly a loss of $27.00 monthly membership revenues that would actually go directly to moremoney365.com instead of the reseller? I know that in some cases warriors are pretty flexible with amazing deals and offers shortly after the initial sale so I just thought I'd throw that question out there if you could answer on the concerns. Thanks very much for the opportunity and sharing some of that six figure income with other's in warrior land and for reading my story which will probably become another testimonial on your great customer service and membership product in the near future, not that you need any more... All the best Dave |

First of all, thank you for writing this comment. I would have normally responded straight away, however I have recently been ill. (NB. Good job my incomes on autopilot eh!) Anyway, I have PM'd you the necessary details required for you to get started. As for the OTO - did you mean the option to upgrade to either PRO or GOLD level? If so - by opting NOT to go for either doesn't mean you wont get the $27 monthly commissions... it just means that through your referalls - if any buy the OTO offered when they sign up for MoreMoney365 then you don't get paid the $97 commissions. If after reading that you change your mind - just PM me asking for the link to upgrade ![]() All the best, Daniel (on the road to recovery)

Hi Daniel Vaughn, I am seriously confused. This offer looked interesting so I signed up for a trial at http://www.moremoney365.com to decide if I should buy it. I received my login info, but I can't seem to find the things mentioned here and on the promo front page when I log into my "spaces". I can't find the support forum, the classifieds, or the hosting, for example. I agree that there certainly are lots of downloads, and lots of videos, but no blog post is less than a month old. Also, it says there are only 281 members, but you mention over 1000 are making huge amounts as resellers? Am I getting into the right place? Am I getting only partial access? What are the discrepancies about? A very confused Gren. Bingham. |

The correct website is MoreMoney365.com. The other is a parked domain.

Hi Emathiau, indeed it is, thanks for bringing my mis-typed URL it in the post above to my attention. My questions and confusion stand because I found the problems at moremoney365.com where I could log on, but could not find the forum, the classified, the hosting, etc. Best regards and still confused, Gren. So Dan, you closed this WSO after many complaints from those who bought it that you expanded the original offer/promise of 100 licenses only available. Now you've reopened it to 200 more places. I am NOT happy. This WSO product has been riddle with problems from day one. There are very few resellers who have sold any memberships because of it. In fact, most have refrained from promoting it because of the issues. So what compensation are you offering to those of us who were told there would only be 100 reseller licences? Because you broke your word first time around and made it 200, and withdrew the offer because of so many complaints from those of us who bought it. Then you sold us 'higher level' licenses, and now you've added 200 more. All you've done is broken your word all way along. I joined late December, bought your Gold Pro Reseller license, spent a lot of time and effort on making a site, sending traffic to that site, writing reports etc, and to this day, I still have no members. Why? Because the site is not up to scratch. You should NOT be selling these additional licenses -- you PROMISED all resellers you would not sell additional licenses, so we have yet another broken promise. Current resellers have been contributing to the site to keep it viable because in my opinion it still isn't a saleable product, but you disregard all that and sell licenses again. So Dan, how can we believe anything you say? I'm on the verge of asking for my money back (I've paid out way in excess of $100 to you) as well as compensation for the domain I purchased, hosting, fees to giveaways, plus my time and effort. This is a crock of massive proportions and you know it. Cheryl |

Wow Cheryl, I really feel for you and the others that signed up with this guy. I felt bad about it when I first read the offer. He's charging affiliates to sign up and make him money ?? It just smelled bad. I would not hesitate to get my money back. Is he in the USA or does anyone know ? Doing business as he has, one would have to assume if those LAST 200 spots were suddenly gone, there would instantly be 300 more spots available. It sounds as though his primary income is this WSO. This deal looks extremely bad to me. Has anyone made any money at all from it ? Except the 365 guy himself ? What does his membership site offer for $27/month or whatever that can't be found here or elsewhere for free ? I thought someone asked about upsells or OTOs and was told there weren't any ? What is with all the PRO, GOLD or whatever memberships ? Maybe I'm mistaken, I really won't waste any more time reading about this. I was taken on 1 (ONE) WSO, but it was only for $17. I knew it as soon as I looked at it, and it was over. No promoting, selling, OTOs, upsells, building sites, etc. I know there are many, many great offers in this forum, but it also looks as though the buyer must indeed...BEWARE. Jeff

Heres a quick question. Your new wso says your mm365 site pays the $27 a month commission all to the affiliates. How are you gnna start out the salesletter saying that you make all of that when you apparently dont make any of it? Thats a bit dishonest in my opinion.

Jeff, he made over $15,000 on the WSO itself, last time he posted this WSO -- if the sales figures he gave were correct. I tackled him privately and he said he wouldn't stop selling it because I was correct in what he had already earned on the WSO. Both myself and other buyers threatened to report him to the moderators (for breaking the original WSO terms of 100 licenses), and that's when he pulled the offer. I might be wrong, but I think Dan is in the UK. I haven't seen him on the MM365 forum for weeks. He disappears for weeks on end. We have a private 'reseller' forum at the site, and as far as I'm aware, not one reseller has made any money. The site does have upsells, and they are reseller licenses. If you become a 'pro gold' reseller, as I did, if your signups upgrade to reseller, you then get 100% of their upsell price as well. The different levels of reseller are to do with the upsells new members get. Depending on what level of reseller you are at, you'll get different levels of payout. I am the highest level of reseller you can get - in for a penny, in for a pound - but 100% of nothing is still nothing. ![]() Also, today, I did a search of the WF and discovered that under his own name (Dan Vaughan - which BTW is NOT the name that comes through on the PayPal receipts) Dan was banned from this forum late last year. He apparently re-registered under MM365. I'm not sure how that one slipped through the moderators, but I'm guessing he must have done something pretty serious to have been banned from the WF in the first place. The site is nothing special as far as I'm concerned. It has products, videos, "blogs" (not what I call blogs), classifieds you can add, and more. Free hosting for members was promised many months ago, but still isn't up - this I know has been a technical issue, but it's still not available. What's there you won't get for free - anywhere. But I've seen little movement on the site for many months. I really doubt there are any paying members left, but Dan insists there are. Doubtful. The sales page for the site is misleading, and I've tackled Dan several times and asked him to fix it - he still hasn't as far as I'm aware. I hope this all helps anyone considering this "offer". Hi Cheryl, Let's get some truth here... When I sold the affiliate program through this WSO early this year, I was selling the BASIC affiliate program for $17.oo - you were one of the ones who jumped onboard and began promoting the site. Yes, there were initially 200 licenses for sale - but these licenses included lifetime membership to the site. When the 200 licenses (with membership) had been sold, I removed the lifetime membership access and carried on selling the program. NOW, I am not selling licenses for the basic affiliate program, but for the GOLD affiliate program - this is NOT what you joined for $17.oo through this WSO. Yes, there is free lifetime membership - but this is a different program being sold. Sure, you upgraded to the GOLD program, but this was not through a WSO. As for my name "Dan Vaughan"... I already explained this to someone before that brought it up. I was not banned from this forum - someone else had registered that name. Dan Vaughan is also my first a second names (So my full name is Daniel Vaughan Ambrose). It's just what I have been known throughout the last 5 years from my peers (with that being said, as my reputation is growing... and more people are asking who "Daniel Ambrose" is when they pay money, I am contemplating signing everything off with my full name to avoid confusion). I have never been banned from this forum, and don't intend to either - it's a great place to learn and share knowledge. As for the site itself (MoreMoney365.com), it has 100s videos, 100s of articles, free place to promote your products, a place to blog and more. Your opinion on the site is simply that. Where you go wrong here is to say that free hosting is not available - this is not true. Free hosting IS available, however until I create a way to just allow paying members (and not trialist members) I have removed it from the sales page. I have not stopped giving free hosting to members though and therefore the sales page is not misleading in any way. There are still 100s of paying members and there IS movement on the site (any buyer of this program will see this) - however not as much as I would like though, which is why I have decided to offer 200 new licenses for the GOLD affiliate program (not the basic affiliate program). |

Hi Jeff, The only reason I charge a small fee for joining the affiliate program here is because YOU make all the money - I DON'T get a single penny from your promotions! It's an opportunity that MANY have already profited (highly) from. You just need to look at the many many testimonies found on the original post. For your convenience though, I have listed a handful below: Quote:

I already have members who have signed up BEFORE I set up the affiliate program that still pay me $27 per month. This affiliate program literally opens doors for others to promote the site and earn from it through their own link they are given - it doesn't take away from the fact that I can still promote the site through my own link and make more money from it. So to summarize - if you promote the affiliate link you are given, YOU will be paid ALL of the money (I don't get a single penny). Thanks for the interest, Daniel

You do have FULL access to the members area (and that includes access to the forum, classifieds and hosting) - I have PM'd you to assist you in find these. As for the 281 new members - we have recently upgraded servers and therefore the 1000+ other members are still going to another members area. We are just waiting on some technical coding with regards to the hosting (making it available to JUST paying members and lifetime membership owners) before we transfer them all over. PM on its way ...Thanks, Daniel Vaughan Ambrose

Dan, that is not true. Your original WSO was for 100 licenses. You increased that to 200 licenses. (Which doesn't show here because you just keep over-typing the original stuff so no-one can see it.) And only after MAJOR complaints from various resellers both privately AND on the forum did you withdraw the additional licenses, as well as the lifetime access. I will not have you tarnish my reputation because I've come out and warned people to beware of this WSO. Remember, I've purchased the original reseller license; I know what I've been through, and what other resellers have been through, the broken promises etc. I will agree that the free hosting is available to members -- if they discover it's available. There's nowhere on the site - that I have found - that advertises this fact. You can't get what you don't know about. I didn't need it, so didn't pursue it. Not sure where all the 100's of videos, articles and products are. Not anywhere I could find over the past six months I've had access to the site. Yes, there are quite a few, but not hundreds of any of them -- unless they're tucked away somewhere, and that's no good to anyone. (Like the hosting.) Can't comment on the name or the banning thing because I have receipts with two lots of names - Daniel Vaughan, and Daniel Ambrose. What I will say to everyone here is that you have agreed to refund my money as requested to you by private email today. Buying this WSO was the worst mistake I've made in my entire IM career. The only good thing about it was I met some really nice people and became very good friends with them. I hope it works out for other people, because it sure hasn't for the resellers who joined at the same time I did. Cheryl

Hi again Cheryl, I'm sorry but you cannot vouch for "all" resellers having the same problems you did. there are HUNDREDS of people already earning a serious income since buying this WSO - many who joined at the basic level at $17.oo and many more who upgraded to the GOLD for $47.oo (I can take screenshots and videos of my admin panel to prove this to anyone that wants to know) And, regarding your statement about the content inside the members area, I wanted to show the screenshot below: ![]() And if you're wondering how hard navigation is, just look at the shot below: ![]() All I can say to people is if you want to make your own mind up and have a consistent money making program running for you, then buy this WSO. If you aren't satisfied with the results, I will refund you. Remember, for just $49.oo you will get the license to earn $27 per month on all referals to the MoreMoney365.com members area (100% commission), $97 for every OTO bought (100% commission), LIFETIME access to MoreMoney365.com (value $324 a year) AND my 31 page report "How I accidentally signed up over 100,000 people to my Aweber list in just 46 days" (value $49). Here's the link to join (if you want to see what all the fuss is about!) http://www.MoreMoney365.com/warrior-special-offer/ |

I recently joined moremoney365 and I have to admit that this is a very impressive package. The amount of content is just massive. I haven't gone through all the content on there yet, but what i did go through is certainly killer stuff. I have no doubt at all that I'll find tons of useful information that I can apply to my business to make even more money. I also find that the site just looks and feels great. I can definitely feel a great sense of community there whenever I login. But what I really think make this package such a steal is the awesome affiliate program. $27 for everybody you refer to just makes this a no-brainer. This is a package I highly recommend if you are serious about making more money. Best regards, George |

Hi, the site is currently being professionally developed to convert more. However for most peoples campaigns the % of conversions is between 5%-15%. I can't speak for everyone, however those who are putting the effort in seem to be getting the best results. There are some sellers currently already making over $1,000 a month. As for tracking the sales... you are able to see how many people are under your affiliate ID, but not which members. Hope this helps, Daniel |

| I posted this as a first blog-post at the new MM365 members' space. Reproducing it as a "message" to Dan... ------------------------------------------------------ The new membership "space" is awesome. Would I be straying too far to say that it's the "next generation" in membership sites? One that combines the "old-school" membership model (Basically, just a password-protected directory) with the new-school of Web 2.0. In any case, it is obvious that a lot of thought and effort have gone into the planning and production of this site/program. Apparently, lots of members are satisfied with it. How then, do we explain such a reaction found in this post on the Warrior Forum? Perhaps a case of miscommunication? Or not enough communication? Or perhaps it's just US. We don't spend enough time and patience looking things over, getting a feel for what's right in front of us. Life online is moving too fast. We don't have the patience, nor time, nor inclination to take it slow and easy and really "look at the fish" (If you're not familiar with this story, check out Maxwell Maltz's "Psyco-Cybernetics") Logging in to the "old" membership site, we still see something that looks "still", unmoving, unchanging. Nothing new added, making it seem like it's been a long time since anyone updated anything on it. BUt logging in to the new "space", it seems very dynamic. Somehow, there is a discrepancy between the old and the new, and members are not catching the message that the "happening place" is at the new space. What's needed is clear communication from Dan (or the site admin) about what's going on where. Even I, when I last logged in to the "old" site was inclined to agree with Cheryl (the poster of the post mentioned above). It just gave me the impression that Dan just took the money from the WSO and ran. But looking over the new site, the picture takes on a different hue. Lots of things going on. The issue isn't getting new downloads or new files or new PLRs/MRRs (although that is always important), but that there are signs of life in the program/site. While I appreciated all the goodies there, I wasn't too keen to promote it because it appeared like a ghost town, with some bramble bush blowing here and there masquerading as ebooks (at least at the old site). I certainly wasn't going to invite people into a ghost town. However, after taking a second closer look (thanks to the "controversy" created by the above post), it seems to have some promise. Heck, I might even upgrade to the Gold plan. We'll see. For now, Dan, I'd say you have done a good job. In fact, compared to some other membership sites, MM365 ROCKS! Keep it up. Cheryl, I'd suggest giving it another chance. Explore both the old and the new site, and see if it doesn't stimulate some creative ideas for promoting it. If you still don't feel good about it, you can still go ahead with the refund. Just a thought :-) Kenneth |

Thanks for the uplifting encouragement - a LOT of money has been fed into the site to make it better for both members and resellers alike. Yes, there are a couple of people who seem fed up with the length of time it's taken to see such amazing progress, but I have learnt over the years that sometimes, no matter what you do, you are never going to keep everyone happy regardless of all the money and effort that goes into it. That being said, I still try and try and try to improve things for the benefit of everyone - which is why when I get messages like yours, it makes me think I must be doing something right ![]() Thanks again, Daniel PS. For those reading these posts - I recommend that you buy the package to get your own opinion on it - I'm ONE THOUSAND percent positive you will agree with the majority here and see that what is being offered is super-duper fantastic. here's the link for your convenience ![]() http://www.moremoney365.com/warrior-special-offer/

| Thanks for the PM Dan. Ok so I've checked the MM365 website out, and it's pretty impressive. The design and layout of the website is very user friendly. The content is very good and no doubt will improve even more ever time. Dan's support has been very good. He's responded to my queries and helped me with issues I had regarding downloading the files. Anyone on the fence should get on board. Good job Dan. I love your Opt In Explosion report. I've emailed you regarding some questions I've had. MrEyeconic |

For those of you who are still on the fence about joining Daniel's WSO to see if you can succeed: Let me just say that in addition to all the positive things people in this thread have expressed, I have to add that the times I've contacted Daniel because of some questions or a concern, he has unfailingly written back with detailed answers within a very short time. It's obvious to me that he wants to make this succeed not only for himself but everyone else willing to give it a try. He has been going beyond the norm to help me use his offering, and has been open about his intent, goals, and accomplishments in this WSO. So get off the fence and give it a shot (especially at this price). |

However, as suggested by me, Dan has taken direct access to the hosting signup down from the members area. This is because of the way the script works. So far, we haven't been able to find a way to successfully limit access to the Hosting to JUST the PAYING members (free trial members could get access to it as well). Technically, he could put the link back and we could simply manually limit access to the hosting, but that would mean much more time spent on manually verifying, adding and/or deleting hosting accounts. Which would also mean a waiting period to access the hosting even for paying members. I don't think Dan has the time or inclination to spend manually verifying everything that goes on with his site. His time is better spent doing all the stuff that goes on in the background of running a site such as his. He's constantly updating the "Spaces" side of things (that's where he took the screenshots) and working with his programmers. The hosting script he's using is a 3rd party script that comes with his dedicated server so we are somewhat limited in what we can and cannot do with it. However, we are working on a fix so that it doesn't need to be hidden from freebie members. That said, any and all PAYING members can very easily get access to the hosting by simply asking myself or Dan where to access it. In fact, you can completely skip that step by simply logging into your Spaces account and checking out my hosting blog which explains exactly where to go, what to do and how to sign in once you have your account. I've recorded a video that shows you step-by-step what to do which is linked to on the blog. Ok. I just HAD to get that out of the way, because the hosting IS up and running and Cheryl knew it was, so her hosting comment was completely unwarranted as far as I'm concerned. That said, I really do like Cheryl and truly value her opinion (which is why I felt I needed to reply here as I'm sure many of you value her opinion as well). However, since she doesn't need the hosting, perhaps she forgot about the fact that Dan & I got the hosting up and running long ago (since there's no link to signup in the members area...which again, is kind of my fault). I am one of the resellers that has held off promotions of the MM365 monthly membership simply because I didn't feel like the site was living up to the sales letter. But I am gearing up to start promotions soon as I've seen TONS of progress being made recently and Dan assures me that there is much more to come. All in all, I would venture to say that the fee he's asking for here is well worth it even IF you decide to NEVER promote the site. The value contained within the members areas is well above the fee he's charging through this WSO. You could quite literally start up your very own membership site using the products you can get from the MM365 membership, including a script to run your own membership site. And NO, I'm not talking about one of those ****ty source code rights scripts like the very buggy JV Firesale Automator. In fact, the script I'm eluding to is so nice that I personally tracked down the originally developer (fellow warrior, BTW) and talked him into selling me the PLR rights to it after finding the script on Dan's site. ![]() Anyway, this isn't meant as a testimonial for MM365 but was more a rebuttal to Cheryl's hosting comments. It kinda struck a nerve for me because I personally spent many, many hours of my own free time trouble shooting the hosting script and making it work for fellow MM365ers. Like Cheryl, I didn't even NEED the hosting as I have plenty of hosting elsewhere (although, I am using it now) but I felt other members could benefit from it and thought Dan could use a helping hand with his busy schedule being filled up. So in closing, IF you DO need hosting, the MM365 membership fee includes hosting for current paying members and you could save a bundle in hosting fees alone! So jump on it while you have the chance before Dan decides that this whole hosting business is too much of a headache to bother offering it to future members. Peace & Prosperity, Matt Fulger
