These products are hardly being promoted by affiliates, yet they
convert very well. The average gravities of these products is well under
20. As a matter of fact, the highest gravity of all the products is 47.
There isn't one tough sell in this whole batch.

Okay, it took me countless weeks to research all these niches
and quite honestly, the amount of time I'm going to be saving
you is mind bloggling.

Plus, there are the articles (15 in all) and the reviews (5 in all)
You'd have to pay a minimum of $60 just for the content even
at just $3 a pop...and that's without the research part and the
bonuses.

I did some calculations on these niches based on minimum
effort of just doing a few sales a week, which is a joke. If you
can't make 3 sales a week for each of these products, you need

The guide gives you basic suggestions for promotion, but with
my "Complete Internet Advertising Guide" which normally sells
for $27 through Clickbank by itself, you should have more than
enough ways to promote these niches.

The point is, the hard part...finding them...has been done for
you.

So if niche research is something you hate doing, then this is
a no brainer. If not, then you don't need this. It's that simple.

But only 100 are going...period.

So, what is this going to cost you?

Here is the real cost of this product if I were going to price it
for the public.

1. 5 niches researched - $250
2. Complete Internet Advertising Guide - $27
3. 15 articles - $450
4. 5 reviews - $150

Total Cost - $877

With 100 of these going out, I'd probably sell this as a $67
product. I think that's fair for the amount of time put in and
the return you'll get.

Normally, I sell my WSOs for half off of what I would sell them

high as these, I'm not worried about 100 copies going out.

Honest enough? I mean I'm crazy, but I'm not THAT crazy,
which is why I am limiting this JUST like I limited Niche Research
Revolution 4, which is sold out and gone FOREVER.

As a matter of fact, somebody PM'd me to ask it I could make
an exception and sell him a copy. My response was a simple
no, it's sold out.

So when I say 100, I mean 100.

When you see the niches, you'll understand why. I am personally
very knowledgeable with a couple of these niches as I have been
involved in them for many years on a personal interest basis. So
I know for a fact that the demand is there. So don't delay on

Mike, if you liked NRR 4, you're going to love this one. Some of the KEIs
for the individual keywords are like 90,000. It's totally insane how wide
open some of these niches are.

KEI stands for keyword efficiency index. Any KEI over 100 is considered
good and it doesn't matter what the niche is. It applies to any niche.

First impression: this is a winner for any marketer, and a *big* winner for newer or novice marketers.

Newer marketers will find *everything* just about handed to them: good niches, products to promote in those niches, content with which to promote those products, content with which to generate some traffic, and a blueprint for how to go about the whole thing.

More seasoned marketers will immediately see the potential to take what's provided and build on it, quickly and easily.

BTW - don't wanna know *how* you happened on Niche #1...

As Steven suggests, the niches are definitely non-obvious. No one is going to buy this and think "Huh? These are played out". In fact, Steven has provided very compelling numbers showing just how lucrative and under-served these niches are.

the Clickbank marketplace. There are no MRR products in this.

Thanks for the kind words Lance. Here is my philosophy on this and when
you read it, it'll make perfect sense.

I've been here almost 2 years now. Obviously I plan to stick around. If
I sell crappy products, word will get out and my reputation will be
trashed. So where does that get me? Nowhere. It makes no sense to run
crappy WSOs UNLESS you plan to cut and run. And then you better spend
the rest of your life looking over your shoulder because somebody is
going to get you one day.

My reputation may be the most important thing I have. Yes, I know people
don't always agree with some of my ideas, but you'll find very few people
anywhere who will say that my products are crap. Oh sure, there are
some. There will always be people who aren't satisfied with what you're
selling. If you didn't have at least a few then you're not selling enough.

After 6 years at this stuff, I think I know enough not to screw with people.

If more marketers took that philosophy, we'd have fewer problems.

Anyway, I'm glad you're pleased with your purchase. A lot of work goes
into finding this stuff, which is why most people don't want to do it. That
of course makes a market for this kind of product. This thing is almost
half sold out in less than a day. I'm going to have tons of people PMing
me asking for a copy when it's all gone. Sadly, they're gonna be out of
luck as I am a man of my word. 100 mean 100.

Without going into a big long explanation, saturation is a myth and
certainly isn't going to happen with 100 copies sold. You'd have to
understand keyword research and KEI to see how ludicrous the thought
of saturation in these niches with these KEI figures are when only 100
copies are going out.

As an example.

Let's take a niche with 10,000 monthly searches and only 100,000
competing sites. The formula is:

(monthly searches/competing sites) X monthly searches

10,000/100,000 X 10,000 = 1,000 KEI

Anything over 100 is considered a good KEI.

Okay, let's say I sell 100 and all 100 people hit this niche, which we know
doesn't happen but let's just say they do.

So now your equation is this:

10,000/100,100 X 10,000 = 999 KEI

You're KEI went down by ONE.

Now do you see how totally absurd the thought of saturation is with only
100 going out. Hell, if I sold 1000 of these, the equation would be:

10,000/101,000 X 10,000 = 990 KEI

I'd have to sell enough of these to practically retire off of it PLUS every
person would have to actually follow through for this niche to be killed.

Hope this alleviates your fears.

For those of you worried about saturation, I wouldn't. These niches are so obvious once you see everything he puts together but are also ones I would have never considered personally.
