I purchased the software. I see that the "Check for videos on Google page 1" and "Get Backlinks data" functions are not working in the software as I originally surmised. When is the update coming?

Hey, It is something with your computer. It is working fine on my end. Something on your end is causing the slow down. I haven't had any other complaints regarding these issues either. The update is scheduled for the end of May. Please from now on, send all support tickets to videoshadow2@gmail.com

Hi Dr.Livingston,

Its alright now. Its opening fast now. I don't know what the problem was at first (I think it was trying to access through a dead proxy server that my IE was using, which I have since de-activated). Its fine now. For the same reason I have removed my earlier post regarding the problems and also edited my previous post.

As of now there are no problems, and thanks for your reply.

I'm just kinda curious about you're software. Since I'm in latin America and all my potential customers are in here, I want to know if this works for spanish words too.

We usually use this letter "ñ" for things like "español" so I also want to know if your software can search keyworks with this letter.

I've been using adwords keyword tool, and I would also like to know if your software has keyword multiple search filters such as countries (USA, Mexico, Argentina, etc), languages (spanish, english, german, etc). Hey! You ask a great question. I haven't done alot of testing outside of google.com and english keywords. So I can't give you a really great answer. I use data straight from you tube and google keyword tool, so the results will be based on their data.

You have a 30 day refund, so you can try and if it doesn't work, I will refund you.

Ok, This WSO has been on here for over a year. I'm pretty sure, if you would have asked for a refund on time, you would have gotten one. I'm not here to cheat anyone. And if you really wanted a refund, you could have gotten one from paypal directly. My support or I would have seen your email. If you can show me proof where you emailed me for a refund within the 30 days, then I will be happy to give you a refund now if it were my error.

Being the good person you are, I would hope that you would have the integrity to take down this post as it isn't helping anyone and is slanderous.

Hey guys, the only thing not working is finding the backlinks for the videos. Everything else seems to be working properly. I'm sure there are issues with certain computers as with all other software.

As for date of updates, I'm looking at the end of may, middle of June. It's taking much longer than I expected so I apologize for that.

New features... I'm keeping that a secret for now :-)

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that. Getting bugs out of software is a constant and never ending battle. On top of that, other softwares on your computer can interfere with functionality. It can happen with this software or any software for that matter. And sometimes, you won't get it to work at all. There are alot of variables to this. I've had plenty of programs that I couldn't get to work on one computer vs another computer.

So what is the solution? Be respectful and report the issue as asked, at support and not on a forum.

If we can't get it to work, then I will refund you. Or wait until the update comes out which will fix current bugs.

It seems I cannot see which keyword is featuring on google page 1, it keeps saying no, it doesnt matter which word I pick.

My software has not been updating for a long time now, every time sime I can see it says searching for software update but still It doesn't download anything.

Is this my case or will it be fixed on the next update? I really loved this feature when it worked, not it sucks hope you can help me out on this one

This is fixed in the new update. Sorry it's taking so long guys, but I keep being delayed. It will all be worth it in the end.

Yes Jon, I'm aware that it keeps getting delayed. I don't like releasing things and having them break again so I'm making sure that it works. Also, I'm adding new features. It's fine if you wait to buy once it's done.

I am having a problem with getting the software to load. Right after the installation, it prompted for an "email" and I did enter my email in there, but it was not PayPal email. Now I cannot get it activated, and unfortunately, there is no way to change that email now.

I did try uninstalling, reinstalling, installing in a different location and everything I could think of - it still shows my email (which is not PayPal email as it only asked for email and not PayPal email so I did not know it had to be PayPal email), and that email field is NOT editable.

I emailed you yesterday but no response so far. Can you please help me fix this?

well it would be nice to know when the update will be official
that's the problem with one off products... after all is paid then there's no incentive
in continuing support because you have to continue paying your programmer
that's a good reason to buy products from people that program themselves and who actually use there own program ... so if you're using your own program and it doesn't work you'll have it fixed by the end of the day...

BTW I love buying apps from people that really use and develop there own programs
