It's entirely up to you. My VA Becky is a photshop expert and dabbles in graphic arts design, so we can do it, or if you want branding, we can use your images.

As for copy, you'll have a faster turnaround time if you give us some kind of a 'guide' for what we're making the video for, such as an article or a copy of your table of contents for a book or report.
