I have no doubt the product is superlative because Chris does good work. I have no illusions about achieving 4-hour work weeks as a consultant or anything else if for no other reason than I would do 3 of those weeks each day because there is too much to fix in the world to watch it go by with stolen glances at cheese cake models, I would much prefer, however, to have 3 of those each day than one a week as is the norm. All that matters is results. But back to the product and the offer.

There is an upsell that I already own of Chris' flagship software. Very good product but the real news to me is he has made good on his scarcity threat and raised the price substantially. He said he would, and unsurprisingly he did. My guess is he will do it again. So, if you had this on the list to buy but hadn't gotten around to it you would do well to see if you can find an old email with an offer page with an active buy button at the previous price. Unless you have money to burn, then buy the upsell. (Sorry, Chris, but it helps balance out my marketing karma for earning my "unannounced bonus" by providing these comments.)

Don't dally if you want this WSO as it's a nickel sale and flying off the shelf, so to speak.

I think I paid $11. The Real Estate bonus could be flushed out into a $497 product easy! RE info gurus with webinar sales funnel and a flushed out product could probably get $997 or 2 payments of $377 easy for this exact same business model.

Although James only covers all the basics of the RE model and the step by step method, there are plenty of resources to get this done with just the idea alone. The outsourcing is easy to source and the revenue would cover the cost and leave a good profit. I would love a pdf or mind map to go with this video.

That being said this is the bonus. The product itself is awesome.

The rest of the product is along the same theme the 4 hour week. I am sure just one of these services could be done with ousourcing in 4 hours per week.
