3. Why Do I Get Red X's For Things That I Know are 100% Correct (e.g., Title, H1, Meta Tags)?

Do you use HostGator as your web host? If so, they disable "GET Requests" by default. So, you need to contact them and ask them to "turn GET requests on" for your domain name. They will know exactly what I'm talking about. You can go to hostgator.com and click the "Live Chat" graphic for the fastest response.

If you don't have HostGator, what happens when you type in a word like test or keyword as the primary keyword? Enter the same word into the Title, Meta, and Heading tags. Do you get the same result ([X]'s) when you update the post or page?

If you still receive [X]'s in the suggestion area, even after you use a simple word like test or keyword, then your web host probably has "GET Requests" turned off for your account. Contact them and ask them to turn GET requests on for your domain name.

If your web server doesn't allow Easy WP SEO to request the HTML for your post or page, then it can't analyze your content, and it is going to display [X]'s.


4. What Should I Do if I Automatically Upgraded From Version 1.4 to Version 1.5 and the Plugin Disappeared?

Just purchased but didn't get directed to a download page as shown in the last video. I did recieve an email with my serial code and a link to download but was not taken to a page with video instructions. Maybe I have missed something. Looking forward to putting this plugin into action

Like Melody though I would be interested in an upgrade to a developer license. Surprised you have not included this as an option as this plugin would be most useful for people doing SEO for offline clients.

Did a quick skim read and purchased and then read it properly and watched the videos. Looks fantastic and I look forward to trying it out!

Sales process worked well with no hitches (and no OTO's!). Being in a different time zone I always miss out on the lowest prices on these 'increase after every sale' WSO's but happy to pay the price I did as still an absolute bargain and a no-brainer!

I'd also be interested in a developer version.

OK, this is shocking.

I'm a long-time user and lover of a competitive plugin. I'm a WordPress bigot, and an SEO freak. I've only played with this for 10 minutes and got one of my posts from 89% to 100%. So far, it is awesome. "Nearly" flawless. The built-in video documentation is phenomenal / convenient / brilliant. I've seen no false positives (like my other plugin) yet.

I can't believe I'm dumping my favorite WP SEO plugin, but I think I'm doing it.

I'll be back with more detail soon.

The worst flaw I've seen is that the developer says 160 "words" when they mean 160 "characters" on the meta tag analysis. That's as bad as it gets. Yep, that's the worst! LOL

I completely understand you want to reduce your processing overhead so the Wordpress site loads quickly and smoothly. And that's one reason why you'll love Easy WP SEO... because almost ALL of its overhead is on the "admin" side (where you add/edit posts and pages) instead of on the "client" side (where the visitor loads your web site). The only feature in Easy WP SEO that could slow your site down is the auto-decoration feature. Check your /wp-content/plugins directory and see if you uploaded Easy WP SEO inside of another directory like this...

/wp-content/plugins/easywpseo/easywpseo

If so, you'll need to re-upload the plugin so the directory structure looks like this...

/wp-content/plugins/easywpseo/
