Could I purchase the theme and necessary plugins and do the install/promotion myself?

Actually the theme is free, the plugins used are all available. It is the research, time and experience that I am offering plus support in a forum of like minded individuals.

It has taken me a few weeks to discover and put together all the various components of this. That basically is what you are purchasing, I don't see much difference in price, if I give you all the resources I found and you do it yourself than if I do it for you.

The work on your site has just begun, too, I will be adding feeds and articles and doing more customizing, inserting your ads where you want them in the days to follow.

It is always better when building up this sort of directory, not to input it all at once. The search engines like steady slow increases, that is why I set this service up the way I did.
