It looks as though this post's at the same time every day ( or how ever many hours apart you set it ) It would be much better to have it chose a random time from 2 figures we input..... is this a feature you could add to this plugin to avoid leaving a footprint? Nobody post's the same time everyday so I suspect the SE's would soon pick up on this. Also, will it work with html code in the articles or does it have to be just basic text ? What about RSS feeds in php code format in the text files will that work ? Thanks, St. |

However, if randomizing the posts is a popular request I can implement this. Quote:
![]() I'm not sure what that means, you can post an example of this and I'll let you know.

yes, randomizing the postings is an important feature as it'll remove traces of automated posting which risks the dislike of search engines. I'll definitely go for it if this featured is included. |

I'd be completely interested if it had the randomizer ability to it as well. I am about to get into flipping and would love to be able to put some of this on auto pilot to age the site prior to selling. Adrian |

Yes!, you can see it now also just by checking out the screenshot in this post, after you put the date to start posting articles (or leave it as is) you now have the option to randomize the posting time. Enjoy.

It takes one of my outsourced helpers about 4 hours to post 16 blog articles for me, the way I want it done. I bought this at 11:51 - it's now 12:33 and in between I had to download and try this out for myself. I posted 14 categorized articles, to be posted in the future at random times, added tags to each, edited headlines, and added some additional categories - after installation, which I had some issues with because I'm multitasking and not paying full attention to what I'm doing. Pretty cool. The one concern I had before purchase was categories - I just uploaded articles for a specific category, imported, then I'll upload articles for other specific categories in a separate batch (this isn't just a junk blog - I care about it). So in about 30 minutes I accomplished what previously took 4 hours to do. Huge time (and money) saver. Thanks. X |

My first WSO purchase of 2009 and what a fantastic product! I love this plugin. It took me less than five minutes to post and schedule 25 PLR articles for one of my WP niche sites! New articles will be posted every two days starting today through Feburary 17th and my part is done! Very sweet indeed! Before this plugin I would create a new post, copy and paste my PLR article into it, put the title in, then schedule a future posting date. It would have taken me at least 30-60 minutes to do post these 25 articles manually. This plugin did it ALL in less than five minutes. I didn't even have to put in the title it--the plugin puts in there. Fantastic job. Awesome plugin. It's a steal at $39--at $19.50 it's a no-brainer heck of a deal! |

Is it necessary to add paragraph tags to the text articles? Or, can they just be uploaded in the typical plr text format?

This is great, I was looking a while back for something like this as I do have a lot of PLR as most of us probably do and the only plugin that I could find was quite expensive. I have scheduled some articles for 8 hours apart and am holding my breath that it works (no reason that it shouldn't) and I will finally get to test the power of duplicate, or non duplicate content. Next step, to rewrite articles efficiently so that all articles are indeed unique. Thanks for a great and easy to use plugin |

I am wondering how we can really make money posting duplicated PLR content to WP ? What are the chances having Google to rank the site ? I assume most of you guys monetized with Adsense and CPA offers, anybody making money setting up niche sites with unchanged, original PLR article ? |

PlrToWordpress is valuable for importing Plr articles to wordpress, this can be anything from site flippers loading up a site with some PLR, to people taking the articles and spinning them and then needing to upload them in bulk, to people buying articles only they use and using PlrToWordpress to import them and more. PlrToWordpress is an import tool, how to monetize and use PLR articles well is for another thread

I just wanted to jump in here again to say this plugin goes beyond PLR. I wrote my blog posts for the week. I formatted them using the same layout as a PLR article. Boom posts scheduled for the week in mere seconds. ![]() I did go back and edit where I needed to add an image or a hyperlink but still rocked and saved time. As per leaving PLR "as-is" that's debated all the time. I try to re-write all my PLR articles others leave them as-is. Whatever you do you need to add content and this plugin makes it a breeze. I just setup a new niche blog tonight. Took me an hour to re-edit some of the PLR articles and about a minute to post 25 articles. I set them to post every 72 hours so I have content being added to March 31. This was for an eBay niche store so I did go back to add the snippet to display the auctions so that took me about 30 minutes. So around 2-hours and it's done. This plugin saves me easily a couple hours of work per site. |

Indeed, anything you format like a PLR article can be imported with this tool ![]() Crazy, I also saw some people using this to import datafeeds also, I'll have a tool for that soon though. (note: plrtowordpress does not do datafeeds as is, just plr articles and things that look like plr articles) Thanks again.

That sounds nice. Simpler than how I do it. I accomplish the task of automatic posting of messages by converting text files to rss feeds that I upload into a hidden folder (I add a disallow to robots.txt), and using the w-p-o-matic plugin. Works like a dream, but setting it all up was a little involved, since it functions together with the simple pie script which also has to be set up, and cronjobs. Your plugin would make it much simpler! |

@marian - thanks for the helpful posts on plr and the tools you use Quote:
first line = title blank line then the article PlrToWordpress can read the first line and create the title for each post automatically for you. As long as your articles have the format mentioned above. To check open the file in Notepad or a text editor and if the first line is the title, then a blank line, then the article you are good.

I've just been using PLR to Wordpress. I love it! First of all, I am very pleased because it actually works (in sharp contrast another plugin that purportedly could upload txt files -- NOT a WSO -- failed to work with questions to customer support lingering forever unanswered). Let me stress, plr articles to wordpress works. I also use wp-o-matic, a free plugin, which works fine, but only uploads xml files, and involves setting up simplepie in a root level folder (not hard, but a little involved for sure). BUT, PLRTOWORDPRESS works with txt files, and even works nicely with html formatted txt files (with <h3>, bold, what have you). Converting to plr txt to xml is not so hard, but xml really kind of finicky and won't work if say, there is the "&" symbol in a plr file somewhere. Plr to wordpress does a nice job just uploading text, whether html formatted or plain text. With plrtowordpress, I'm happier than a wolverine rolling around on a boatload of freshly caught fish. |

Great question Rosie. YES, all "<a href" link tags in the text articles are automatically converted to real, live, clickable links when PlrToWordpress imports the articles. Let me know if you have any other questions. |

Very interesting! After the rewrite in WP, if I want to change one particular post, can I do that in the WP editor - or do I have to copy out the text (to a text editor) and republish it in WP? Johan |
