Now if that’s not convincing enough, then look at the following graph from the Google Insights tool, showing the interest in the term “Weight Loss” in United States for the last 4 years.

As you can clearly see, the relative interest count (on a scale of 100) was almost approaching 100 in the time immediately after Christmas.

I guess, being an internet marketer, you see the enormous potential in the weight loss niche, especially at this time of the year. If you’re not getting into this then you’re surely loosing big time since there’s a huge hungry market waiting for you to recommend the best products.

Products in the weight loss niche will sell like crazy in the coming month and a half and you can make money hand over fist if you supply the information, people are looking for.

But I guess you also realize the amount of time it takes to write a profitable article. You are required to follow the following steps:


1. Keyword Research:

First you have to look out for the “Golden Gems” which offer a position of low competition and huge demand. You have use "how can I lose weight in a day or two" as the long-tail keyword and I only manage to locate one such long-tail keyword in the whole article.

Maybe you would like to clarify having the long-tail keyword appear once in the whole article of 650 words qualify as a keyword rich article?

Let me explain:

It is actually not a "negative" but rather a "Positive": Let me explain

Thing is, the searchers interested in weight loss are actually searching for the solutions by using the word "loose" rather than "lose". In other words, there are several keywords in which "loose" is used rather than "lose".

Hence the article, which corresponds to that keyword has the word
"loose" in it. This is extremely beneficial since very few marketers are conducting keyword research using the misspellings.

Moreover, article directories like Ezinearticles.com allow such misspelling in articles.

Want to test:

Just go to Ezinearticles.com and conduct a search for "how can I loose weight", you will find several articles in the search results utilizing the word "loose".

Two examples:

After you LOSE weight, your trousers are going to be LOOSE.

When you LOSE your car keys, you cant drive home.

Instead of "loosing weight", the correct spelling is "losing weight".

What you have mentioned above is correct from English Grammer point of view, but from a "keyword research" point of view, we also need to optimize the articles for misspellings in addition to regular "correct" spelling so as to get this "misspelled" traffic to our site.

When I say "Keyword Rich Weight Loss Articles", I mean that in addition to the main keyword, other related keywords are also being used. These "related keywords" are important since Google has introduced LSI (Latent semantic indexing) into its algorithm which puts a lot of emphasis on related keywords.

For example for the keyword "how can I lose weight in a day or two", the related keywords would be:

"how can I lose weight in a day"
"how can I lose weight in 24 hours"
"how can I lose weight"
"I want to lose weight"
"I want to lose weight in a day" etc.

I hope you get the picture. Basically, Article marketers are now a days focusing more on using related keywords rather than repeating the "same" keyword over and over again.

If you still want to use the same keyword then PM me and I'll send you the edited article in which the main keyword is repeatedly used.
