Does this mean, for example...

post1 --> category1
post2 --> cat2
post3 --> cat1
post4 --> cat3
etc

...with them all loaded up to your blog at one time?

You might know that with MS Excel you can select several cells
that are running in a series (such as Jan Feb Mar) and Excel
will continue the pattern as far as you drag.

I was hoping this would be the case for the time settings.
For example, if I made each day's time 23 minutes 17 seconds
earlier than the previous one. But I have had no success with
this little strategem.

If anyone knows how to do this, please post details.

I am so far behind on my blog postings that I have hesitated to add any more blogs. However, with the blog feeder I'll be able to pre-load posts and not stress.

Would you know what I would add inside the CSV file to get the "insert more tag" feature. I'm not very familiar with wordpress coding.

You need to insert <!--more--> in the body of your blog post where you want the "read more" text to appear. Since you are doing the formatting within the csv file, you will need to type out "<!--more-->" where you want the post to stop and the "read more" link to appear.

1) What about pings? When are the pings sent out for future posts? At the time of posting date or when I add them for queue?

If I queue up 100 articles will your script ping the services (mentioned in the ping list) at the time the articles are posted one bye one 100 times.

2) Will this work for any Wordpress theme?

3) Is it possible to add images/adsense code inside the posts, so that they will appear when the particular article goes live? You mentioned that anything in HTML will appear, but adsense is "javascript" I suppose?

The pings are sent out when the article is posted. So if you queue one up for 2/15/09 that is when the article will be pinged.

Yes it works with any Theme.

Yes you can add anything to the articles. Adsense works as well.
