As you must be aware that .GOV sites refer to US Government websites only. However, several internet marketers usually ignore the power behind government websites of other countries. Fact is, that Government websites are considered as authority sites due to their "Official" nature & hence getting a Single backlink from them is definitely better than getting several backlinks from other non-government websites. Further, if you are getting backlinks from websites with multiple extensions, then it will help your site to project itself as more mainstream in character. This is sure to boost your ranking, not just in index of Google but also in other country specific indexes of Google such as www.Google.xx. (Country Specific Top Level Domain (TLD)).

This situation is kind of analogous to everybody recognizing the power of .EDU backlinks but completely missing out on the power of other country specific educational website backlinks. Consider the following empirical test which draws a comparison between .ac.uk (Educational websites of UK) & .edu (Educational websites of US).

To quote the starting two lines from above link:

Although I don't have the backing of any such hardcore practical test when it comes to comparison between .GOV & .GOV.XX sites, I have every reason to believe that both of them are in similar league, more or less.

Let's say that one of the forum link is:

http://SubDomain.AAFF.gov.ge/Forum

Now the "Top Domain" in above link would be "http://AAFF.gov.ge" and the corresponding PageRank (PR) value of the same is termed as "PR (TOP DOMAIN)".

The "WEBSITE" in above link would be "http://SubDomain.AAFF.gov.ge", and the corresponding PageRank (PR) value of the same is termed as "PR (WEBSITE)".

For some of the sites you will notice that "PR (TOP DOMAIN)" & "PR (WEBSITE)", have same values. This is because forum URL on these sites is of the type "http://www.XXXXX.GOV.XX", meaning both "TOP DOMAIN" & "WEBSITE" are the same.

Please note that Google treats subdomains as completely separate sites & hence I've made the above distinction between "TOP DOMAIN" & "WEBSITE".

I wonder if the concept of profile backlinks is new to you?

Let me explain the same a little bit.

Forums around the web offer their users the ability to place anchor text/raw link in their forum profiles. For example, here on Warrior forum, my profile page is located at the link below:

View Profile: howudoin

Now the PageRank of WarriorForum is PR5. However my profile page over here (Above link), has no PR at all. The reason for this is because my profile page is hardly providing any "relevant content" to the search engines, except for listing a couple of stats over there.

Then what's the advantage of building forum profiles:

The advantage lies in the fact that a link from my forum profile page would be considered as a link from main website (That is, warriorforum.com in above example). Hence I will be getting a backlink from PR5 website and this is the real reason as to why people create forum backlinks.

This is true for all forums. The primary motivation for making profile backlink is to show to the search engines that an authority (High Pagerank) website "Trusts" your site and hence is linking to the same.

It doesn't matter whether your forum profile page has no Pagerank, since it's more about showcasing the "Trust" that you are getting from an Authority site. Although your forum profile page might get some pagerank value down the line, that is not what we are after.

Now in the case of this WSO, the real advantage lies in the fact that High Authority Government websites are linking to your site & hence the same is projected to search engines as the one who's receiving "Official Trust". This is the reason as to why your rankings will get the necessary boost and not because of Pagerank status of your newly created profile page.

I really tried my best to make the entire forum registration process as brain dead simple as possible & from your review, it seems that I've succeeded in the same.

Just to complete the stats, the screenshots cover a wide cross section of languages such as Chinese, Hungarian, Vietnamese, Spanish, Polish, Italian, Russian etc. With these, there is no need for you to work with any translation tool at all, since the entire process simply reduces to a "Point & Click" thing.
