We don't use client contracts as all of our business is done on a handshake basis. I used contracts in the beginning but it weirded out my clients. Haven't used them since!

So, no...there are no contracts included because this course is about exactly what we do and we don't use contracts.

sounds like a great product.

I'm looking for a product that will help me sign up offline clients. I created a business directory for local businesses, it gives them a web presence, pretty much a mini website. Will this software work for this - is there anyone out there doing something similar??? I need help selling the idea to the local business owners.

I think you may have the wrong person here. I have never put out software and answer every single pm myself...and every email. So it's probably somebody else you are thinking of.

I'm sure there are plenty of gems you will get from the course we have as we do lay out A LOT. Overall, our course isn't specifically about creating local directories of businesses, but the key there would be providing enough value to justify the price of your listing. The benefit of creating a standalone site for a business is that you can do a lot of specific SEO for that specific site, you can create a more branded experience so the site coordinates with the business and so on.

The benefit of a listing/directory site is that you can probably do a lot of advertising on the site (banners) for businesses in that locality. I did a similar idea years ago!

So, you will certainly get some great nuggets from the course, but it isn't a course specifically revolving around a listing site. It focuses on more high margin standalone sites and services....and even more so on the actual strategy to get clients and convert clients!
