Now I haven't done a great deal of "marketing" of my niche sites - but because I've chosen carefully, done my research and picked a great domain, these sites can't help but make money.

So when this same IM'er suggested to me that as I really enjoy finding these niches, keywords and domains, and I happen to be good at it (she says, while patting herself on the back), maybe this is something I should focus on and help other people with at the same time.

Web Template - I'll find a suitable FREE web template AND a suitable FREE Wordpress Template. I'll give you the url to grab these for yourself directly from the designers website.
