This seems quite cheap compared to aweber. Do you provide everything that aweber has

The responders provide pretty much the same features as most responders. I've not actually used aweber myself so couldn't say for sure. If you have a specific feature or features in mind, I'd be able to give you a clearer answer. Les.

Les, I plan to test out your free service first. If I decide to upgrade later, am I entitled to the wso pricing? Thanks, Selasa |

when I signed up to your free account and tested it I noticed that my follow ups were being sent through my junkmail instead. It would be understandable if that only happened with the confirmation email, but for it to happen with followups as well, that would kill conversions.

What is your account number and I'll take a look at what might be causing this for you. One would assume that after the first email arrived in the junk folder you would have whitelisted the address, Les.

Les, I created two custom pages, one for the confirmation pending and the other is email confirmed. I added the website integration string to both the custom pages but it doesn't return the subscriber's first name. It keeps defaulting to "Friend." |

Not a bad service at all! I'm currently trying the free service, but I can see that I'll be subscribing! One small question though, is there any way to remove the go between pages with 'auto senders' when a user is subscribing? Not a biggie, just curious. I would prefer to have a custom page for the subscriber to be linked to telling them the same info as the auto senders pages. Thanks, Frank. |

When you go to the form code, there is an option to add a url to a thank you page. If you use single optin this page will be the only one they will see. If you use double optin, they will see a second confirmation page. You'll find the optional url feature for this one in "edit properties" Les.

Hi, I signed up for your free service to test before I buy. I find your service to be feature rich. My only question is I have a list of over 10k now (it's almost 36k). Can your system handle that large of a list (and growing) and what would be the additional charge for it? |

after testing this out with the free account here were my results - hotmail.co.uk confirm email sent to junk mail. After marked as safe the followups went to my inbox - gmail confirmation and followup email went to my inbox (success) - yahoo confirmation sent to spam box, after marked as not spam followups went to inbox - host/cpanel email - confirm and folwup email went to my inbox however, when logging in from windows mail sofware confirm email went to my inbox, but followups went to my junkmail |

Just signed up! Looks good to me. Quick question, once we use up the first 10 responders, are we able to purchase more at the WSO price? Frank |

I have a course that sends out weekly lessons to people as they sign up. So I can have many people at various stages - can this autoresponder support this? Thanks |

Hi Leslie, I'm thinking of purchasing but there's one thing ... I just want to use the email address as the only signup feature but your script prevents this. Any way to get around having them to add their first name? |

Hi Les, As I understand it, I'd get 10 autoresponders at 10K subs each, or is that 10K subs total? In the event a responder exceeds 10K subs, what then happens? Thanks, Mark |

Hi Mark, That would have to be arranged on a personal level. A lot would depend on how many broadcasts per week were going to be made. Les. |

The single optin is just the default setting, which simply means that if you do nothing the responder will be single optin. Each responder you set up has a "edit properties" link. There you will find a drop down box with the option of either single or double optin. The choice is yours.

Les, Can subscribers add themselves via email? I see there's an autoresponder email address, with some numbers added. Can someone send an email address to xxxxx-123@autosenders.com and get a confirmation email? |

Addresses tend to get harvested etc. As I offer a single optin choice allowing email addresses to work was out of the question. Very few people need to use them these days anyway thanks to squeeze pages.

Hi there, Would I get all this features? * track WHO opens, clicks. * Track who purchases and who doesn't. (goal/revenue tracking) * Search subscribers based on their activity. * Send broadcasts to subscribers based on specific click/open activity (or lack of activity) * Reports dashboard: add frequently viewed reports to one page. * Unique open rate & click rate totals. * View reports based on any date range rather than being locked into last 30 days. Thanks! |

You'd probably need some special software to do all that, or a much more expensive autoresponder system. Sorry.

Hmmmm 2 Honest observations 1. Since the first post back in September a number of warriors have responded that the links are not working. I just tried the link from the signature link, links in reply's and Google. ALL were broken. This seems to me to be a great demonstration on how NOT to do business. Why buy into a system that has this much downtime and/or reliability issues? 2. The last response to this thread by yourself was almost one month ago...discerning. |

Yes you can import and export suscribers from your responders. As for the support, I'm not often away from the computer more than a couple of hours apart from when I sleep of course. ![]() Judging by our locations that shouldn't cause too much of a problem. Les.

Edit: Les, Just found out that I would have to link a credit/debit card to my paypal (presumably to make it a verified account) to make the payment. Well, I still don't have a card, so is there anyway I can directly paypal you the payment and get the auto-responder?
