I dont use long tail or short tail in offline marketing. Gotta get away from the old IM world. I am targeting search phrases and terms that local searchers are using to find local businesses.

There is almost no competition because everyone is chasing the keywords that Google Adwords Keyword tool spits out. Which is garbage because they are skewed from people searching for businesses to market to and trying to get data.

They are only suggested to make your life easier by saving you some time. The only investment I can see if a few bucks for a domain and possibly hosting if you don't already have that, so overall very low investment to get started.

To all on the fence, I got in at $11 and am very happy with my purchase. This is one of those doable WSO's - step by step, not theory in anyway, just follow the steps and you'll be on your way. I'm really excited to try it out!

Really great product. Simple easy to understand. I have been doing affiliate marketing online for quite sometime now. Never been able to make a fulltime or incomewhere I could quit my job. Now having read this WSO I can see myself reaching my income goals alot quicker and much easier because I'm not doing what 10's of thousands of other affiliate marketers are doing and struggling. It's rare that that a local marketer exposes EXACTLY what they are doing in infinite detail, step-by-step. But you hold nothing back! He comes right out of the gate with a doable action-plan to follow. I found myself saying "AH-HA" so many times while reading it, I lost count.

What I thought I knew to be FACT, you proved otherwise. You think you already know everything about "keyword research" and "first-page Google" ??? (Hey, I got all the tools myself) But you simplify the process WITHOUT having to use Market Samauri or even the Google Keyword Tool. From ONE example he shows you, I learned in an instant what will work for my local niche.

Being an Offline Marketing WSO addict, I've purchase nearly every product that comes out for offline consulting....
I'll confess many of them SOUND good and have all the bells and whistles in them... BUT FEW GET ME EXCITED ENOUGH TO ACTUALLY TAKE ACTION ON. (They usually get stored on my hard-drive.)

Not so with with Dr. Dan's Offline Rockstar program.

I now realize I was missing HUGE chunks of the offline puzzle (and I've been at it for more than 2 years!!!)

Listen Offliners: Whatever you're doing now for getting clients, and then making your clients FINDABLE online, I'm almost 100% sure that you are NOT doing it correctly WITHOUT using Dr. Dans's methods. I saw where I was lacking in so many places, but that's gonna change fast!

If this program doesn't easily make WSO of the day, week, month, and YEAR, then something is out of whack!

I have been watching Dr. Dan for awhile on the WF as well as some other forums. I decided to pick this up and glad I did. I am familiar with some of the strategies and templates he uses. I have seen some of the methods he uses on another membership site. But, I have not seen a complete strategy like he has put together. When he says "The Last Offline Marketing or Keyword Strategy WSO You Will Ever Need To Buy!" I believe it could quite possibly be just that.

Great wso Dan, you've really cleared up some of your "success" methods that I was wondering about following your posts in other threads.

I've dabbled in a version of this without much luck financially. I can see that it's both simpler than I had previously thought to get the sites built and ranked (multiple times) as well as manage, regarding getting and keeping clients.

Here is my review: Since I am already doing this, I got this WSO hoping to learn something new. Without revealing too much I got some great tips re. recurring payments with Paypal, site promotion (especially with Youtube) target market selection and pricing.
You won't be quitting your day job soon but if you consistently work the plan you will build your income and there is no need to worry about saturation.

I got this and read it straight through and all I can say is, "great minds think alike".

I've been using one of the tactics you talk about for a few months now and I've been getting calls from people just based on what they see in the Google listing and they aren't even going to my website. If I told you how I know this I'd give it away, so I won't. Plus, some of the calls come in before I even finish setting everything up.

This filled in a few missing pieces to the puzzle (pg 32, pg 64). I wished I'd met you a few months earlier. It could have saved me a lot of time, money, and frustration.

I bought Dans product a few hours ago. 94 pages, cool content. There is a short introduction at the begging which I usually like as I like to know about the person who's wso I am buying. The real content is great, complete, and actionable. It is newbie friendly as well which is a great plus.

What I like about this is that it requires some work to reach the income level one would want. there is no promise of a pushbutton millionaire BS.

Well worth the price in my opinion and a great job from the Doc

Thanks Eddie and the reason I wont take a check like that is because after the 6 months or 12 months I have to invoice them again. If you have 20-40 clients then that would be a nightmare unless you have someone else doing it for you. I like to K.I.S.S. Keep it Simple Stupid approach.

This was I get paid either every single month on autopilot or they pay the 6-12 months in advance with Paypal and then it automatically charges them monthly after the 6-12 months.

I've always liked Dr. Dan's posts and this wso is very well written with good information. It is nice to get specific details on how to carry something out that is not familiar. Also, he doesn't hide his sites and I appreciate the keyword tips. Dan is doing what he loves and the intro points out the success he has had in other areas but that they lacked personal satisfaction. This is 94 page and has a lot of good resources, many of which are free.

Thanks Dec and that was my goal, to give you everything you need and to keep the cost as close to nothing as possible. My goal is to do the least amount of work and get recurring income. This method does that.

I know alot of people jump on the next big thing. But why try to do every service for you clients. Be the Go-To person for this one method and you will never need to offer another service again. Unless you want to obviously.
