Hey Michelle, these songs are just fantastic!

I understand about not selling the songs etc. or claiming copyright of the songs, but I wanted to clarify this:

Again, these songs ARE COPYRIGHT RESTRICTED - and for PERSONAL VIDEO USE ONLY! They are to be used with Videos ONLY, not to be resold, taken apart, remixed, or abused in any way.

Because I want to use the music in slideshow videos to promote my websites, my books, and some inspirational affirmation videos to share or maybe even sell for other webmasters to use, and use them in videos I make for my clients promoting their websites and books etc.

Would that be allowed under these copyright terms?

Hiya Helene!

Hey, so glad you like the songs.

As long as you are creating vids (yep slideshows count as a vid!) you can sell the videos you create with the songs. Would be great for local Biz vids -record stores, music stores, etc. - so yes you can sell your creations to local clients too. Just don't include the source video where they can take the song out and use it for anything else.

As long as you have created the video, and don't give the source files - selling the vids to others is OK. Just try to leave credit back to Snake in your readme files -that says something like "music by Snake Rock at www.snakerock.com" and that it IS copyrighted material -so they know where it came from and that it's not to be "recompiled" "resold" etc.

I just wanted to be absolutely certain about the copyright on this as in everything I buy to possibly use for products I might sell, so its reassuring to know.
