This does not mean that you can never apply.

As soon as you launch it and get some sales, you are more than welcome to come back and fill out an application then. Please don't fill it out ahead of time.

This just saves us a lot of time and headaches from having to sort through all that stuff.

Again, if your still creating your first WSO that's great. Just wait until it's live and has some sales before coming here to apply.
