Well, gee thanks! Now I've GOT to spend tomorrow reading this guide, and I was planning to be quite lazy, he-he. ![]() I wish EVERYONE would read this! I think internet marketing has some of the WORST customer service on the planet. (And some of the best, so no hate mail, ok?) I just think there's room for plenty of improvement. As you said, when customers have a problem, your customer service may well be their FIRST and ONLY contact with your business. (I've even been considering starting a customer service company for online businesses, because I see such a need for this.) I'm excited to read your report and pick up additional tips, in addition to the list I've been compiling. Thanks very much, and Merry Christmas to you.
