He told me when he meets with a client he uses a 21 point checklist of all services the clients most likely needs including a fan page, email opt in setup, on page SEO, off page SEO, social media profile setup, etc etc. Did you have such a checklist in your package?

I just purchased this courseware based on the review posted by others and hope it will work for me. My suggestion is why don't you guys make an affordable SEO product that targets an audience that has modest budgets but are also not hugely ambitious, if you know what I mean.
