Ofcourse you can use these to create multiple forum profiles for multiple niches. However, I would recommend to go slow with this kind of link building & instead get a few .com backlinks before creating .Gov backlinks. This is because a government website linking to a regular site (with couple of regular backlinks), looks quite natural as compared to linking to a site with zero backlinks.

Further, it's always a good idea to change your IP address while creating multiple profiles. This significantly decreases the chances of your profile being deleted since it looks more natural to the forum admin. Additionally, I would recommend using regular usernames (Without your keyword in it), for all your profiles so as to fly "under the radar" on these government sites.

For some of the forum profiles, I have also recommended advance settings which will help you dramatically to not be detected on the forum. These measures include your username not appearing for search conducted on the forum itself.

For the blog post link (Link At Line 16 in sales page screenshot), I have recommended settings so that webpage on which your back link is present, does not becomes a community webpage. Rest assured, it will be completely viewable to the search engines and indexed without any problem.

I have had good results with Paid VPN proxy called Hide My Ass, which costs around $12 for one month. This is completely optional & you can also create these links using quality free proxies available all over the net, but you might have to test out their stick rate.

Such kind of .GOV blog posts backlinks are extremely difficult to get and to further compound the problem, they rarely offer the ability to make a blog post without moderation.

Honestly, profile link is usually having low stick rate in search engine.

I don't know about your experience but I would say that profile links stick just fine in search results. Infact, you can see several warriors paying top dollars for profile backlinks in the "Warriors For Hire" section.

Another advantage with profile links lies in the fact that only your website backlink is present on the webpage. This is usually not the case with blog or guest-book comments, since almost everybody uses their niche anchor text in the "NAME" field, while leaving a comment.

In other words, blog or guest-book comments have more PageRank "Leakage points" as compared to profile backlinks.

Although I've not done any exact counting but I would say that approximately 25 to 40% of these links allow some sort of anchor text backlinks.
