Offline marketing with a twist. A twist that I have not seen before. Do I think it will work? I can't imagine that it wouldn't. It will take some leg work, but not sales calls the way you think of sales calls. It's a non-sales call which probably doesn't make much sense, but that's really what it is. I think it's a very creative way to get your foot in the door and I can easily see clients coming from this method.

Well, it doesn't really get better IMO.

I have requested a refund as well as of yesterday - via pm and the email address that paypal sent the money to.

I'm giving him 48 hours, and after that I will file a dispute and will report this thread to the powers that be (the help desk) - as I think that is more than fair for my personal experience. I have not had dealings with this person before.

Although, I won't stop others from reporting their present or past issues to the help desk today. I don't have the full details on your experiences - so it would be best if you sent in your letters of concern.

The help desk can not refund you, but they can shut down something that may give trouble to others. It can also sometimes call out the person who owns the thread to realize there is an issue (s).

* I can't tell people to buy or not, but personally if I came onto a thread with 3 issues on it I would keep my change in my pocket until it was resolved.

I purchased before the initial concern was posted, and was coming back for a refund after having reviewed the entire course (it is not that long, some audios of those 11 are only like 2-3 minutes). But even one unresolved refund would have deterred me in the first place.

Just wanted to give an update to a refund situation.

I submitted a request through paypal, and the first thing I noticed was a different contact email address for the seller - not the gmail account I initially saw the payment going to.

Anyway, my request for a refund was granted before having to raise the level of the dispute for an investigation.
