Congrats on the success of the WSO.

I would like to ask if your methods have to do with offline advertising of CPA offers eg. printing & distributing fliers, postcards, banners (with URLs of the CPA ads landing pages) etc to people on the road, shopping malls, cinema halls, restaurants etc. If yes, It means we have to be physically present in the US/Canada to handover the advertising materials mentioned above, to the people in those public places, as most(99.99%) CPA offers cater to only those countries. Maybe it can be outsourced to someone in the US/Canada to do this distribution job if the CPA marketer is not present in the US/Canada.
