I just purchased the software and when I tried to download the file marked "Press Release Software" it set off my TM AV program and the file was automatically downloded to a hidden directory. the othe files on the download page seemed ok and I was able to download without a problem. what is wrong with the Press Release File?

Your anti-virus software may have flagged the .ZIP or .EXE as a potential threat. It contains no viruses. Let me know if you cannot locate it in your hidden directory, and I will email it over to you.

Any news on when Ver 3 is to be released and is it guaranteed that it will be sent to all previous buyers? Been caught out when the automatic updates only occurred when I automatically reminded the person to send it.
That is no way implying you won't do it but others have forgotten in the past, just for the record I have never had a problem with any business with you.

Yes, when you signup for the software, you are added to a distribution list that is used only to notify you of updates. V3 is about a week away, including testing and bug fixes etc.

I have to agree. I personally didn't find it very user friendly or intuitive. There seems to be a lot of additional promotion to sign up for other services etc which I can do without. I've also found it difficult to get responses to queries.
