The main reason I asked is there are a couple of press release softwares that
have been around a while that are nothing more than differenttext boxes with
"put your intro her" etc. I have no interest in purchasing similar software
so was hoping to see just how different or better your software is compared
to these softwares that have been around for a couple of years. As I don't
see any refund policy this it is even more important to me to be sure that
your product has distinct advantages compared to these other products.

If you are using other software, functionally there probably won't be any advantage in using my software as essentially it will do the same thing. The key differentiator with my product is the way the software optimises the press release to ensure you'll be in position #1 on google news. If you're after top ranking press releases, and haven't been able to achieve this with your other press release software, then this may be worth a look. I am also collating all the feature requests and feedback and incorporating it into version 3.

You actually CREATE the press release with this software. Once you have created the press release, the software will guide you through how to correctly submit your press release to achieve #1 position on google.com/news for your keywords. Submission is not automatic, but you can use the bonus article submitter to automate this process. The next version coming out (v3) will have automatic submission to the top press release sites as a new feature.

You will need to submit the releases to prweb yourself (and pay for it) if this is the route you choose. You can also submit to pr.com for similar great results for free - but then of course you are subject to their editorial process. Sometimes it is much easier just to pay the $20 to prweb.com and get instant results!

I bought your software but I'm a little confused as to the output generated by this software. First of all, does it matter if you submit it in .txt or .html format? The .html generated was barely readable when I opened it with my browser. The .txt version was a little better but are you supposed to submit it with all the extra tags and characters? Eg. [title] [/title] A new {Website/Software/Company/Product/Service} etc. or do we just clean it up and resave it as a .txt file and then submit it?

If you submit it to Webwire for the $19 fee they will submit it to all the pres release sites that you have listed or are they just one PR site?

Hi Maverick,

Take the title tags oput, and use that text for your title. Sometimes you may have to do some tweaking on the title to ensure it makes sense depending on the keywords you input. The {Website/Software/Company/Product/Service} should have been overwritten when you generated the release, you can just remove it from the output file.

Webwire will get you onto Google.com/news and topix etc - there will be no additional fees after that.

You will need to do some manual tweaking of the title. Be sure to include 2 of your keyowrds in the title. The text given is a guideline.

I am not really sure what you mean. Some examples of the traffic stats from the actual press releases at Webwire are included in the OP.

Aside from that, your release will get picked up by other websites such as topix.com and published in other areas all around the internet.

So in a word, yes it works - otherwise I wouldn't be doing it myslef or sellingthis software.
