I have a few questions.

1) Your sales page states that you will be building websites related to real estate, yet the sample student you give states they had a website on whole house water filter. Not exactly real estate. Are these website going to be only about real estate?
2) How long does the 80/20 commission split last? Is it for several months?
3) Are the websites wordpress websites or will you need to know how to code html?
4) How are the websites monetized? Affiliate sales, adsense, clickbank?
5) What time are the webinars? Are they recorded to be played back later if you cannot attend due to time zone?
6) Do you have urls for some of your websites that we can review?
7) Will the techniques you teach work for any niche outside of real estate or just real estate?
8) Is the $200-$400/mth earning, is that per website or for all 10 combined?

1) Virtual Real Estate is an Internet Marketing term to describe owning and operating a large portfolio of websites, the term "real estate" is equal to web property.

2) All properties build under my coaching and guidance are under my business. Thus, you will always earn a consistent 20% of the revenue and that sticks for life. However, once you have a great understanding of the process you will be able to develop your own properties and earn 100%.

3) Wordpress based + coding is taught

4) Everything under the sun

5) All webinars will be recorded and if you can't make it you will be distributed one. Generally the times will be 6pm-9pm (EST)

The answer varies, two weeks to four weeks depending if you are doing things manually or outsourcing them.
