The "Framework" title is a bit confusing, so does this install like a normal wp-theme? Can we customize layout ie: colors, headers, footers, sidebars, fonts ? And you standby your money back guarantee? Cheers |

Yes, we do honor our money back guarantee. All we ask for is honest feedback: if it didn't work for you, why was that, etc. It really helps us improve the product.

Hi Dragos, Thanks for clarifying child themes earlier. I guess I'll create by myself for review site. Do you provide comprehensive documentation to create child theme? I have site with evergreen content that I don't display date and author. My current theme is able to do that easily by one click. Is there easy way to do the same on WPsumo? |

2. Child themes access is done via an affiliated developer program. Basically, we want to make WPSumo a sales channel for talented designers. We're working on the documentation and terms and conditions as we speak. So not only will you be able to create your own child theme, but it will also be listed on our sales channel, directly from within WPSumo main site. Revenue will be shared 50/50.

Great... it gets more and more interesting.... One more question. I know it's a basic functionality on theme but I try to see from client's point of view. When we want to change site width, or certain columns width, is it available in radio buttons choice or more granular by inputting the xx px? |

Well, i was on the fence with this and 2 other great looking Themes, but WPSumo looks like i just edges the comp out at the moment. Will give it a try (hope it lives up to the positive response left by others) Cheers |

| We're working on the doc section as we speak. During the weekend we should complete the documentation files and also add a couple of videos.

I am on board. I was looking for something better than my original theme for my offline marketing when I found your offer. I will be "playing" with WPsumo on www.ticino-online.net. Actually, the first impression is already good, I need to set up more features, but it's very promising! Thumbs up. I am especially interested in Facebook "buttons". Another nice feature would be cloaking of affiliate links (redirects). Not sure if this exist already. |

Looks good, just purchased and will write an update after getting it up and running on a site. Comment/Question for you: This looks like it would be awesome if you had a child theme that would work with Buddypress. That's the really big drawback right now with Thesis. If you could get that to work I think you would open up a whole new market for yourselves. Any chance of putting that on your to do list? |

Hi thanks for the response. Here are some resources for you: I have no relation to any of the links below--just listing them fyi 1. From the Buddypress Codex: BuddyPress.org → Docs → Theme Dev: Building a BuddyPress Child Theme 2. Here's a sample free buddypress theme: Jambo BuddyPress Theme | Groups Directory 3. 12 Amazing Buddypress Themes and Getting Started Guides In terms of why you all may really want to consider adding Buddypress compatibility to your theme framework, well, social interaction is becoming more important by the day. There are some free buddypress child themes that are available, as well as some other premium theme makers who offer child themes with their subscriptions ie: Studio Press, Woo Themes, etc. But, one of the BIG requests that I see most often is that folks who really like the flexibility and features that Thesis has ---are not pleased because Thesis so far has not come out with a simple way to use a child theme that is compatible with Buddypress. When I first saw your theme demo I thought that may be an opportunity for you all to implement the BuddyPress functionality into a new child theme of your framework. Most of the Buddypress child themes don't offer much control in terms of changing look/feel and if you could incorporate the level of flexibility that you all offer into a buddypress child theme this could be very popular imo. It is a request that I see all the time from Thesis users, but as of yet has not been addressed. Let me know if I can help further. Feel free to pm as well if you need more examples or more info. |

Hey Dragos I've been tinkering with WPSumo for a few weeks now and I have to say you have really packed a lot into this framework. I am still tinkering before I put it live, but really I am so impressed with everything that has gone into this, it must have taken you months to develop this. Congratulations on an amazing product and I wish you all the best. |

Hi Dragos Great to see you used my sugguestion for Google+1 ![]() The auto update feature is not working goes to "Whoops, this page doesn't exist" Also help feature not working, guess you are working on Tutorials at the mo. So to update do i login to my account and download from the link, is that always the latest version? Lastly, how does the Ads settings work, what do we put into the box that says code: And can we rotate ads? Cheers |

About the ads, you can position your ads using the ad editor. The code box needs your specific ad code, from AdSense, etc. The rotation is done via the ad code.

I purchased the program and played with it this weekend. I have many wp builders in a special folder that I like to pick and choose for specific builds that would work best. I also shake my head at the hording I've been doing with these builders I've bought. Anyway, I like this builder. It is quick and has a lot of flexibility that some others are somewhat clumsy with. This and Catalyst will be my 2 favorite. My only suggestions are: Add more flexibility to the navigation menu as far as turning them off totally or making the width size adjustable. The configuration for them was nice, but I needed to adjust the main navigation and was unable to through the styles section. Unless I'm missing something here. Also, I know you are working on a more detailed documentation section on how to use the features and options, it would also be nice if there was a "cheatsheet" that would have a one or 2 page blown up view of what each option is on a page. As I would do a build, I could look at these one or 2 sheets and see what part it my customization would affect. Quick and effective. Those are minor things that would really make this stand up to the "big boys" Jack |

Thanks for the nice words. We just launched a couple of weeks ago and there are still bits and pieces which aren't in the right order. But we're already at the 1.1.3 version (we had three minor releases since launch, mainly bug fixes) and we're having 1.1.4 scheduled for the next 24 hours. Also, we're working on the documentation as we speak and your suggestion about the "cheatsheet" is very nice. Thanks again and yes, we do want to play with the "big boys", that's the idea

| We do not have that at the moment, because pretty much everything you'd want to integrate can be done visually. But we do have something even more powerful: hooks and extensions (more than 50, actually). You can interfere with wordpress at any level you want and you can write and reuse your own extensions as you see fit. We use shortcodes only for generating visual controls, like buttons, tabbars and accordions.

I've thought and thought about this theme for days and wanted to know if I should get this or not. In the end, this is a good theme to offer for my offline clients that is professional looking with a lot of features, customisations and upgrades to boot. Thanks for such a great theme. Eventually I bought and can't wait to put it to use. |

Damn, I wish you had given us a warning! I came in here finally with cash in hand only to find that it was shut down. Maybe on a future WSO you might do a "15 left at this price" or "10 left"... WTF, I might actually buy this at the retail price, but I can't afford it right now. Thanks anyway, I guess. Steve |

As a matter of fact, we're preparing a new WSO as we speak. Since we want to give to early adopters the advantage of... well, being the early adopter we do plan to raise a little bit the price, but we'll have the discount in the same ballpark. It will be an incremental offer this time (batches of promo codes, with the price raising from one batch to another) so be prepared to act fast.As far as I can tell, the new WSO will be published in a day or two. Thanks again for your patience.
