Yes, there should be no issues with installing on an existing site. Try it and see what it looks like with the existing content. If it doesn't fit you can just revert back to your existing theme and use our theme on new sites

I bought this after reading the sales copy for 2.8 seconds. At this price, I'd be a fool not to own it.

I have already had the occasion to use the support provided by the Tonys (due to my error, not theirs) and it is superb. Very fast response, didn't chop my knees off for being a dunderhead, and I got squared away in a jiffy.

I happen to have a Samsung Galaxy-S and some of my MobiNiche Theme sites work just fine on it, and others aren't completely compatible, but then, it wasn't advertised as being compatible on anything other than the Apple iPhone, so it's really a bonus for me. That's fine with me as iPhone is the biggest market out there.

If you don't buy this and offer it to your offline clients, you are doing them a disservice.

There are some sites that 'say' they give an accurate view but they are not accurate at all.

Only way is to view with an iPhone to see exactly what your site looks like.

Unless someone knows a very accurate free site? The ones I have found are nothing like what a site looks like at all.

Pardon my ignorance but I'm confused by the terminology in the "rights" with this theme.

If I can "Flip Blogs Using It" then isn't that the same as selling the theme because the Blog will have the theme installed in it?

Do you expressly mean that we aren't allowed to sell the theme as a product, but can include it if it is already installed on any Blog that we Flip (ie "sell")?

I have bought in (I'm not completely stupid!) but I just want to understand this point clearly.
I don't wish to sell the theme but will probably have Mobile Niche Themed Blogs to Flip.

Hi John

Developer rights isn't the same as selling the theme directly. You can create blogs using the theme and sell them but you cannot sell the theme without a blog attached to it.

Yes, you can sell blogs that have the theme installed.

The theme will display what is on the blog regardless of language. If it appears correct on the blog, then when viewed on an iPhone it will be the same.

Have a look at How To Keep Fit (my site) and it's standard install with your new theme. Nothing else changed as you'll see when you get to it.

Your site looks fine on the iPhone, but mine doesn't, so what do you feel is wrong?

We've extensively tested the theme on several servers and different sites and it works 100% of the time.

Yours however does seem to have an issue. Can you possibly double check everything uploaded correctly and possibly add some text to the optin widget or add another widget into the sidebar just to see if that fixes it.

Deleted it completely, changed back to Twenty Ten, installed the theme manually via ftp, activated it without any widgets - no go.

Added opt in widget - no change.

Added additional text widget - still no change.

This is installed on one of my HostGator shared hosting sites.

(I've got 5 web hosts included VPS and dedicated elsewhere, so I can give those a go for you as well my friend).

I installed 47 Dollar Websites for a test (sorry mods - this is only to show Tony what I'm doing - not a promotion).

Now they both work - so the theme works; it's just that it doesn't work without any posts added to it.

Which of course is stupid, because as if we'd put up a site with no posts :-)

One thing - would be good to suit all smart phones just like Quentin Brown's WSO does.

Now days it's not only iPhone, but also Samsung Galaxy S (and S2), HTC Incredible and all of the rest of the new Android phones and tablets.

I know this stuff really well - only because I teach it each and every day - and I test and track EVERYTHING that comes to my sites - and the iPhone (as much as I love it) is dwindling behind quite a lot in comparison to what it used to display.

The theme is designed for right sidebar only, to move it over would probably require extensive css and or php coding. Unfortunately I cannot supply details of how to do it.
