I was meaning info about your process on how they select a site template, do you try and sell another site if they have one already, best type of sales letter for offline. I assume this will be avail in advanced training, which I don't mind paying for.

I read your wso twice now and am ready to take some positive steps toward giving it a go.

would like to start a mastermind group for everybody who bought your book and would love to formulate strategies and share ideas, including inexpensive ways to get ads out, plus we can compare and share the reports we are suppose to create to send out when someone calls our 800#

I have joined a couple of mastermind groups before and there was great interest and many showed up for the first call, but then the number of participants petered out every week because people lost interest, moved on to something else, or did not prepare ahead of the call to add anything of value to the group.

Therefore, rather than have an ongoing call every week, I suggest we set it up for a 6 week honor system (meaning those people who agree to attend pledge to participate for a total of six weekly calls, and everyone agree to contribute some value to the conversation.

After six weeks, we will have a pretty good handle on how our system will work whether we ever talk to one another ever again.

Some of us may become good friends and stay in touch, but there would be no guilty feeling or pressure to attend more than what you originally agreed to.

Knowing that we live all over the world, I propose someone from each continent set up their own conference call,

If you would like to participate, I will need three things from you;
1) your regular email address,
2) your phone number and
3) the best time for you to make all 6 calls (they will be once a week starting asap, and will last 60 to 90 minutes).

Most anytime is good for me bur many people work fulltime so evenings, or Saturday or Sunday would probably be best for them.

Purchased the WSO and had a brief read before heading off to bed.

I did see the part where Michael recommends using an autoresponder script on my own domain instead of Aweber or Getresponse.

This kind of goes against the grain from what I have learned about autoresponders and delivery rates to date, and what I have recommended to clients. But to be fair, I need to read report more thoroughly.

But there are at least one or two great ideas in here worth way more than $7. I have kind of gotten stuck in a web design business working with local biz owners, and this I believe can give me some ideas on how to do a few things differently.

Mike, Delivery rates are not half as bad as people assume they are. There are
things that you can do to increase your delivery of any script, but thats not

It's no small thing to write a sales letter disguised as a report and you didn't give any suggestions as to anything that should be said in the reports.

Your original sales letter (which you have removed) gave the impression that you showed step by step what to do but you don't give any details about these reports.

You also didn't give any ideas about the newspaper ad.

For you and others those might be no big deal but for people who aren't good copywriters it's not easy.

You could easily show us one of your reports to give people an idea as to how to approach taking care of those reports (sales letters).

Hi Michael

I just got your report and have read it through. I have to say that I agree with Netgain and John that there are flaws in the process you outline, but none that couldn't be overcome.

The two biggest things I see are the recommendation of running your own AR service on a Hostgator reseller account. That my friend simply will not fly. I tried that and Hostgator suspended my accounts within days of running the scripts. In fact they actually limit the reseller accounts to a mail capacity of 200 emails per hour. If you are getting by with this now its simply because you are flying under their radar. So if one has any success at all you are better off to get a non-Hostgator VPS service that has far less restrictions.

And then the second thing is as John mentioned. Most people have trouble writing an article to submit to article directories, getting them to write a report is out of most people's league. Of course the obvious answer to this problem is to out source this as well, but maybe a simple topic outline would help the people that are willing to try writing the report themselves.

Overall I say the report is still worth the $7 because it does show people a way to take online marketing techniques into the currently untapped offline marketing world. And I do recommend anyone that wants to market offline get this report just for this reason. Its just not a fool proof system, or a complete step-by-step system.

She's been there since the end of November w/o any problems so far.

For autoresonders that are installed on your own hosting account, I've used the autoresponder ARP Follow Up Autoresponder and Mailing List Software - AutoResponse Plus on two different hosting accounts without any problems and have done this for years.

The two hosts I've used for the autoresponder are Site Works Hosting Network and hostcloud.com.

The reseller accounts are great at siteworks.com and none of the problems I used to have on my hostgator account.

I believe ARP also has recommended hosts.

I AM using an autoresponder script on host
gators servers with absolutely no problems.

They know, becasue I asked them if it was
ok before I stared and I have been talking
to them continually to make sure that
everything is sweet!

Definately not flying under the radar
my friend...I'm not sure what you did
to piss them off but It has been smooth
sailing for me.

As for not flying? I have been using this
exact same system for over 18 months...probably
2 years now and not 1 issue with hostgator
has come up.

You should remember in the report that I
say this is where you get started. This is
just the first step. There is a second
solution to use once you start making some
decent money.

This is an excellent report. As stated before, this is quite the fluff-free report. Direct, to the point, and step-by-step enough so that anyone who has any interest in marketing could do this.
There is also room within the system for a little creativity. There are ways to make a little more money out of each client - all ya gotta do is think a little bit.

Michael has given a perfect almost step by step system. For a small $7 are u honestly expecting the report as well?

What i suggest is to actually try the system first and if u can't write then dig into ure own pockets (not Michaels) and outsource. Then u can follow Michaels system and make a huge ROI on ure outsource fee.

And if u cared to look at what u were sent then u would see a copy of the ad sent to u. That is an awsome bonus for a $7 report.

I bought this WSO last week....I might have let it gather dust if not for Michael constantly pushing me to take action.

So, with nothing to lose, I followed the steps outlined in his guide, used a scaled down version of the ad he provided and put it up on a small business classified.

I got over 20 leads out of which 2 have converted to paying customers (all in just a week!).

I can confidently state that this system works if you take action.

Like many people here, I was also a bit lost initially since I did not have a report to send out to the leads etc, but I decided to contact them without a report. Once I had a few leads coming in, that really motivated me to write up a report and send to them (and it does not have to be fancy or detailed...just a basic report worked for me).

Michael has provided an outstanding blueprint that is way underpriced. Those who take action will surely benefit.

Thank you Michael. I am going to work on scaling this system in the next few weeks.

Maybe I just happened to get an anal retentive new web admin that wanted to prove his salt, but within 3 days of installing the exact software you recommend my account was suspended.

Now the guy was nice enough to suggest I use PHPlist and throttle back to what was then 200 per hour. But I just took my list to a professional AR service as I have learned there are two things you DO NOT want to muck around with in online marketing 1) your hosting account and 2) your payment processor.

Jim, I find this post quite hostile. I was just trying to help, why are you being sarcastic with me? I haven't even addressed you in this thread at all, why are you dragging me into this?

I have started my report, but when it is finished would you mind giving me one good reason why should I share it with you? I usually would, but you certainly have not inspired me to do this with this post.

I'm sure Michael has more up his sleeve for us and I for one am waiting with baited breath. This report was the outline for the business model, and contains more than enough to go on with. Perhaps you should concentrate on the parts of the report you can start now and I'm sure the rest will fall into place, more than likely with Michael's help.
