2. Must not have been under-priced. If you are getting PLR's to a product that supposedly sells for $97, and you are paying just 17 bucks for its PLR's then it means that the product is probably not worth the $97 that YOUR customers pay. Also it means that hundreds, maybe even thousands of copies of PLR's to this product have been sold in the past or will be sold in near future which obviously means saturation in the marketplace is inevitable. A good quality product with a decent sales letter and PLR's comes at around $297- $497.

3. Must come with ready made graphics that are professionally designed and add to the perceived value of the product. The most flexible products come with PSD files as well so that you can edit them easily and pout your own name on the graphics without having to spend a lot of money.

4. Preferably not just an e book or a report. If people spend 97 bucks for it, they are expecting much more than just that. So a video product with audios as the bonuses is probably your best bet. The best products come in multiple modalities.

5. Exclusivity: When the question is that of branding YOURSELF as an EXPERT on a subject then PLR products that are being sold by a thousand resellers are obviously not the right way to go. So it Should not have been over sold. PLRs's must be strictly limited to a maximum of 50-75 copies ONLY. Lesser the better.

6. Rebrandable: You would definitely like to market the product as your own and you must ensure that there is no link to author's websites or blogs in the product. If there is, then it MUST be possible for you to go back and edit the product to put in your own URL's.

7. The sales letter must be proven to convert with targeted traffic.

8. You must be able to see some samples of the product before you decide to buy the PLR's. Obviously I do not want you to go and fork out 400-500 bucks without even knowing what the product is, what does its presentation look like. Does it even suit your list? You need to see most of that.

9. Proper Price Point: Trust me you can NOT become rich by selling $20 ebooks as easily as you can by selling a REAL-WORLD info product that not only sells for $97 or $147 but also satisfies your customers like water to a traveler lost in the middle of the desert.


CLEAR? Now go out and try searching for a PLR product like that... And if you DO find such a deal, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.


Why? Because it doesn't exist. Simply because most authors of PLR products do not really deliver a lot of value... Simply because they can't. You see they are selling to you the PLR's DIRT cheap, and the only way for them to make money is to create a LOT of products. I feel your concept is VERY good, except the video on your sample page is definitely not a good video.

I'm just telling you how it is mate... your mic goes in and out... pronunciation is 50/50... and reverse type needs something to break it up every now and then (photos etc).

Don't take this as a racist or insultive post... it's just being real, and coming from the space that I'd rather be honest to help you... customers won't tell you... they just don't end up buying!
