How will I be receiving my new cover graphics?

When you place your order you will be asked to provide a primary email address. This is the address which correspondence will be made through, and your files will be made available through. I will provide you with a link to download you cover package from TrustyCovers.com.

Will I Get the original PSD files along with my order?

While I provide all the image files you need to go online with your new cover graphics, I do not currently supply the original PSD files used in the design process. The individual images I use in the design of your cover remain as TrustyCovers.com intellectual property. The finished cover graphic which encompasses all images used will be unique art and fully owned by you. This means that you can do what ever you like with these custom images when you receive them.

Are all of the high quality images you use royalty free?

I purchase all images and graphics needed to complete your cover. This means that they are all royalty free images, leaving you to do whatever you like with your cover graphics- only ever paying once for your cover image package when you order from TrustyCovers.com.

How am I best to contact you at TrustyCovers.com?

I've made it very easy for anyone to contact me, simply navigate to the 'Contact Form' page and follow the few instructions there to get your message sent straight to me. There is also a link at the bottom right-hand side of the homepage.

How many times does your guarantee entitle me to request changes to my cover?

This bold guarantee is easy for me to make because you will more than likely not even want to make revisions. However, as the guarantee states, you can make unlimited revisions - and all you have to do is ask!

Can I include my own images like artwork and logos as part of my cover design?

If you have your own image files that you would like to have included you are more than welcome to provide a download location for these, along with your preferences on how to use them. You'll have the provision to enter these details within the online order form after purchase.


Will I own my new ecover package of images after download?

Yes the entire cover package comes complete with 3 various formats and sizes which will all be yours to keep and use however you wish. I do reserve the right to include your cover graphic as an example in my portfolio online.

How long will it take before I know what my new ecover looks like?

I will endeavor to have a drafted image online for you to view within 72 hours from our receiving your order. This may mean that you will be able to download your completed package within the same time frame, if no revisions are needed.
(At some times however, this time-frame may increase or even decrease by up to 48 hours. If you need to adhere to strict deadlines, you can contact me using the Contact Form page and ask for a current turnaround time.)

How will I keep in contact with you while the cover is being made?

I will contact you after your order is complete with full details for your order, as well as a VIP email address you can email me on directly any time. Once I have your cover details I'll get to work on a draft and then contact you with a private URL for you to click to view your new cover draft.

Can you do other perspectives than just the ones shown in your portfolio?

Yes I can do a variety of alternative perspectives, although I would usually recommend those similar to what are primary options on the order form. However, if you would like a different perspective you will be provided space to describe the perspective that you're after inside the order form.

Will I be able to take and use my new cover graphic as soon as the draft is done?

When I complete your cover draft it'll be available for viewing online, and if you like it, you can simply email me back to confirm that you're happy. Then I will package it all up for you so that you can download it in it's entirety.

From which countries am I able to place an order for a new ecover?

I'm happy to say that I'm able to take orders from just about any country that has an internet connection. There are very few exceptions. Generally if you've ever used PayPal before, then you will have no problems placing an order here at TrustyCovers.com!

What's the point of paying for a good graphic designer to produce my product ecover?

People who know about marketing are willing to pay a lot of money for quality cover graphics because they understand the great effect that it can have on site conversions. Many people don't have the expertise or knowledge, the time, or the artistic ability to graphically design their own cover images. For many, doing so would not make sense- they can instead be focusing on more time-efficient areas of their business.

Cover creation software is a cheap shortcut to creating the graphics that represent your products and business. This method will result in a cheap look- meaning lower perceived value and credibility.
